Saint Cloud location: If this review was just for food and drinks I would give it 4 or 5 stars, but that's not what this is about. This location accepts online orders. I know it's usually a long wait, especially busy weekend mornings and that's no problem. When I arrived 35 minutes after placing my order, the cashier said it wasn't ready and she would call my name when it was. But after waiting an additional 40 minutes and my name hadn't been called, I noticed the bag the boh employee brought out earlier was still sitting on the counter. I got in line again to inquire. Low and behold my now cold food had been sitting on the counter with many people working around and next to the bag and not bothering to even check the name or announce it. It was sitting there for at least 10 minutes being ignored by all of the staff. The cashier handed it to me and I mentioned how it was probably cold. No response, not even an apology for the inconvenience. The sad part is this has happened before but we always give the benefit of the doubt because they get very busy. I feel if they cannot handle online orders during the busy times they should disable that feature. Waiting 1 hour for food is almost expected at this point but the staff ignoring the online orders once it's ready thus making the guest wait 10 minutes (or longer had I not gotten back in line to ask if that was my food) and receiving $45 of cold food without an apology is just sad. Many people walked next to the bag and didn't bother looking at the name and calling it out. Is this just 1 persons responsibility? Very sad, won't be returning for food, but definitely drinks. read more

Great place to have some good coffee and good eats! A 20 minute ride for me but we'll worth it. I've been wanting to visit this coffee shop for a while because I want to support our local Christian businesses. I had the White chocolate Latte with a Mallorca bread sandwich. Delish!! The food is so delicious here. From the omelets to the pancakes a French toast. I ordered the birthday cake pancake and it almost felt like I was eating a slice of cake. The Vanessa omelet was delicious filled with peppers and onions. The only issue on this plate was that the home fries where cold. Overall my dining experience here was amazing. read more

This is a neighborhood little gem perfect for breakfast. We've been here many a times, but today I have to say I was taken aback. We always get one of their specialty coffee drinks and water and I was beside myself. Literally was given a bathroom/gargling sized cup of water. No more than 4 ounces. I know times are tough but a couple of breakfast sandwiches and coffees were just under $40. You think you could provide your customers with more than 4 oz cups of water. read more

Well, I started visiting Vanessa's Coffee Shop from the very beginning and it was amazing. I drove there at least twice a week for the wedding cake, then like a month ago, the wedding cake had shrinks to almost half the original size (but still good) and the macaroons were old, got home tried to eat it and it was bad. I waited more than a month and tried again, took a friend and the sandwiches were very good (one cubano and one chicken), the breakfast potatoes were not good at all, it's hard to mess potatoes but those were bad and then again I tried my favorite, the wedding cake and it was even smaller but also a few days old and dry. I'm really sorry and I hope it goes back to the beginning because I was very proud of a Spanish business like this one. read more

Why does this place not have 5 stars?! We found this place by accident (looking for a McDs) and decided to check it out since we were craving breakfast (we're here from California on vacay so it's breakfast time for us). It's slightly past 12pm and they still have breakfast. I got a croissant sandwich with bacon and egg and it was delish! Prices are reasonable, the place is a little small but very nice and very clean and customer service is great. Definitely 5 stars! read more

Coffee is good but service is terrible. Waited over 30 minutes for my food. When it was finally ready my daughters French Toast wasn't ready. Apparently they never punched in the order even though order was read back to me twice. I guess they just didn't bother to add it to the order I wasn't charged but I was going to have to wait probably another 30 minutes for my daughters food as there were also a lot of people waiting for food. No one apologized or anything. I have been to the Lake Nona location once before and did not have this problem but service still very slow there as well. Very disappointed. read more

Place use to be great when it first open but has significantly declined regarding customer service. The new people they have hired are very rude. I went in one day and the front cashier who was taking my order was speaking in Spanish to another employee on how she needs to shake the tip jar in order for the present customer to give them a tip. I suppose she thought I didn't understand Spanish or maybe she did and wanted to remind me to tip. I thought it was uncalled for and she definitely did not get a tip that day. I absolutely love this coffee shop. I am a sucker fo aesthetic places and this is definitely one of them. They decorated the shop just like my house farmhouse deco it definitely looks inviting. I enjoyed the environment there. It was super peaceful and chill. I had there bacon egg and cheese panini and it was delicious a little salty for my taste but it was cause of the butter and that's understandable so it was whatever. The staff was super friendly which is important to me. I highly recommend this place prices are cheap and the desserts look delicious. Will definitely be back again. read more

I finally went to this place today. I had been looking forward to it based on the reviews. I honestly don't get it. The coffee was ok. It wasn't bad but nothing special either (I ordered a cappuccino). What was disappointing though was the "paninis". Seriously, I could've made these at home myself. Ambiance excellent!! I ordered a cafe americano and it definitely was too strong even after trying to fix it with creamer and sugar. I love it strong but this was overboard. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich,... really just so so. Kinda tasteless. I could have asked asked them to fix it and I am sure that it would not have been a problem. But,... it was a coffee and simple breakfast sandwich, it's not that hard to do it right the first time,...or it was done right and still turned out this way. I also sat and ate there. I was looking up Cafès near me and this one caught my attention. It closed in one hour from the time that I found it and I didn't want to wait till the next day to try it out so I rushed out to my car drove 35 minutes down into St. Cloud to see what this cafe had to offer. As soon as I pulled up to the building it I said "this place is so cute!" There is chairs and tables outside and inside was decorated so chic. They had Christmas decor. It had in December when I went. (Sorry for My late review) I liked the map they had of the coffee around the world, the little plants and the Christmas lights above me hanging from the ceiling gave it a nice homey touch.
