My favorite coffee shop. When I was studying for my MLO license I'd drive all the way to lake Nona every day (40 minutes) to get a coconut matcha and to get some quiet time. The staff members are amazing and so happy they opened the st.cloud location again. The owners of the business are super friendly and Vanessa's story is inspiring. Prefer their coffee shop over any. Would've given a 5 star butttttt one of the baristas had an attitude, everyone's entitled to a bad day but allergies and food sensitivities should be taken seriously. Even if you "know" there isn't dairy, check to reassure the customer. I asked if one of the syrups has dairy and she immediately said no, I had to insist for her to check, she finally checked and it turned out it it had dairy. Edited: another mishap 2/12 ...slowly losing my business. Unfortunately some of the staff is careless. It doesn't have the same code as it did when it originally opened. Today I was shorted change AND given the wrong drink (I asked for frozen I got iced) and the same kid who couldn't even get my change right had the audacity to say in front of me "I was told iced." The drink was "remade" but it so clearly tasted like an iced drink poured into a blender to add more ice. I had to throw it away it was that nasty. It's a shame because I've been going to this spot since it first opened. The staff was friendly and everyone knew each other by name. So disappointed. read more

BEST COCONUT MATCHA LATTE!! i mean i've never had a coconut matcha before so cant really compared but i never thought of doing that and i missed out so much lol they have so many other flavors as well and so sad i couldnt taste them all because they all sounded amazing haha!! Food was good, vnever saw a round croissant but it was tasty! However i was disappointed that the food and drink cane in to-go cup/plate and we were eating at the coffee shop. The service was poor, sarcastic at the time of asking to change the orange juice and the coconut flavor coffee that had a lot of cinnamon powder. One of the server tried to embarrass me in front of other people sitting there. While I get out of my home to have a nice time and I ended up having an uncomfortable dissatisfaction and disagree . We went this past Saturday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by every person that was working there. It was like a chorus of "WELCOME". The person in cash register was super helpful. We didnt know what we were gonna get since it was our first time there. She suggested things she liked and we ended up ordering a "Happy Morning". The whole plate was a masterpiece. For drinks we weren't sure what to get so we went with her suggestion again. She said that even though she doesn't drink coffee, sometimes she enjoys an iced white mocha hazelnut latte so we went with that and it was beautiful and amazing. I can't believe this place is nestled in little old St. Cloud. I visit Central Florida every so often and after many years of living in South Florida, I'm not easily impressed by what my home town has to offer in the way of food, drinks, etc. This little coffee shop is adorable. It has a hip, trendy vibe and offers so many flavors and types of coffee and food. I ordered an iced caramel latte with a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The sandwich was so yummy! The croissant was fresh and the bacon was crispy. The iced caramel latte was great, one of the best I've had. Not too sweet or overpowering, the perfect blend of coffee, milk and caramel. The service here was also great, the "baristas" were very friendly and helpful with the menu. What throws me off a bit about this location is the religious overload - Jesus messaging at every corner. I mean, to each their own, but its definitely not what you'd expect and can make some people uncomfortable. Apparently, they host regular events here about coffee and things of that nature. If I lived nearby, I'd definitely frequent this spot. read more

It is no secret that this coffee shop loves the Lord. Vanessa's is a quaint coffee shop nestled in the Publix's shopping plaza hidden off of old canoe creek. When one walks in they are introduced to a beautiful ambiance with scriptures discreetly placed in various areas. The coffee is perfectly made to order but without the human aspect. Sadly there are no menus and one must order via their app by scanning a QA code. Surely this place is well worth trying if you have the technology to do so. As for those who do not have the technology skills or phones one is uncertain how they could order. Secondly, it was quite confusing on their website and without the sign as one walks in no- one would know what their holiday specials were or even if they had any. Being one who finds it cumbersome to order off the phone I ordered the only item I knew they had which was the featured drink on their sign. Perhaps if they had printed menus for those with disabilities, those who are technologically challenged, and those who simply don't have cell phones this place could be so much better. read more

Service takes forever even on days when it's not busy. We've been in a few times now and the food is adequate and severely overpriced. Drinks are good but very limited on being able to be customized. I know it's not Starbucks but it seems like their computer isn't able to ring up certain customizations so they just tell you they can't do it instead of trying. We waited 15 minutes to order this morning then 10 minutes for drinks another 25 minutes for food. Just overall not worth it. read more

What an amazingly delightful place . From the elegant modern farmhouse decor , to the relaxing instrumental music. A peaceful oasis in the midst of chain commercialized establishments and bar food. There are a variety of homemade sweets including , pastries, muffins, cakes and more. All displayed in such a way that you regret not having room to try each and every one. A solid hot, cold and frozen 'coffee' menu. As well as a few sensible sandwich variety choices. The frozen Dirty Chai was at perfection , not overly sweetened and the perfect balance of espresso and chai. My only regret is not having brought a few friends along to enjoy it all with me , but that will be corrected in the near future. WOW! This place is a gem! My fiancé and I decided to give this place a try for my birthday breakfast and it did not disappoint. We ordered a Cortadito, the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut latte (less sweetened), the Birthday Pancakes, and the Southwestern Omelette. Everything was delicious. The pancakes were phenomenal and not overly sweet, but they didn't even need syrup. The portions were very generous, I'm glad that we shared and still had some leftovers to take home. We ordered a Ferrero Rocher mini cake to go for later this evening and two macaroons. All staff were wearing masks and sanitizing after people left. Staff is always professional and courteous, the coffee selection is great, well presented and hot or cold if u prefer. I've had a couple different breakfast sandwiches both being delicious. The atmosphere is very nice, well decorated, plenty of seating, even lounge chairs. A beautifully decorated coffee shop located in St. Cloud! Every square inch of this coffee shop is aesthetically pleasing, from when you walk into the door to even the bathroom. I've been here a few times and let me tell you the experience I've had has been pretty awesome!!! The staff is amazing and kind, also the prices aren't bad at all. I would sit there for over an hour with some friends and relax, it was just wonderful. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because I once got an espresso and it was grainy and full of coffee grounds, but they quickly rectified it and made me a delicious new espresso. Their banana nut frozen coffee is delicious, especially if you're not a big fan of the taste of coffee. It's sweet, but not too sweet. Had mine with whipped cream on top. It is way over priced for the type of food it sells and the community it serves. The paper menu does not list the prices on the menu. The online menu does but when you pay and get the receipt, is when you realize they charge seperately for the infredients. For example, the whip cream, the syrup, the milk, the peanuts, the drizzle on my coffee! Bizarre! They don't tell you all of that is extra. I got charged for the meat that is in my omelette seperately. They don't even tell you. The pictures on social media are a lot nicer then the actual food. I can make the same breakfast at home for less. I won't visit again. The staff was really nice. read more

Saint Cloud location: If this review was just for food and drinks I would give it 4 or 5 stars, but that's not what this is about. This location accepts online orders. I know it's usually a long wait, especially busy weekend mornings and that's no problem. When I arrived 35 minutes after placing my order, the cashier said it wasn't ready and she would call my name when it was. But after waiting an additional 40 minutes and my name hadn't been called, I noticed the bag the boh employee brought out earlier was still sitting on the counter. I got in line again to inquire. Low and behold my now cold food had been sitting on the counter with many people working around and next to the bag and not bothering to even check the name or announce it. It was sitting there for at least 10 minutes being ignored by all of the staff. The cashier handed it to me and I mentioned how it was probably cold. No response, not even an apology for the inconvenience. The sad part is this has happened before but we always give the benefit of the doubt because they get very busy. I feel if they cannot handle online orders during the busy times they should disable that feature. Waiting 1 hour for food is almost expected at this point but the staff ignoring the online orders once it's ready thus making the guest wait 10 minutes (or longer had I not gotten back in line to ask if that was my food) and receiving $45 of cold food without an apology is just sad. Many people walked next to the bag and didn't bother looking at the name and calling it out. Is this just 1 persons responsibility? Very sad, won't be returning for food, but definitely drinks. read more
