6/18/2025 - Response to Plamen:…read more After your long reply, my question remains the same: After the HVAC guys cleaned my vent - twice - there was still blockage INSIDE the bottom of the dryer. Why didn't you take my dryer apart and clean it? The only thing you did was unhook the flex hose to check the airflow. You didn't check anything else. You didn't even look at the lint screen on the back of the drum. If you had, you would have seen that it was blocked, too (see photo). Yes, vent blockage was what caused the initial error code. The error code didn't go away after the vent cleaning because of all the debris in the bottom of my dryer. The LG repairman explained where the debris came from, and he said it was burned. He also said any dryer repair person could have, and should have cleaned the dryer. He didn't "have" to replace my heating element, but he said, "I wouldn't be able to sleep tonight if I didn't." The fact remains that I paid you for doing nothing. Update 6/16/2025 LG Repair just left my house. A d80 error doesn't only mean it's a vent blockage, it also means there can be air blockage inside the dryer. That was the case with my dryer. There was so much lint in my heating element, it had burned, and the heating element had to be replaced. (Please see photos.) I think this is something you should have been able take care of while you were here. You have my Zelle info, and I would appreciate a refund. Original Review: I wish I had had a better experience with Revolff. Unfortunately, I still have the problem I called them about. My LG dryer has the dreaded d80 error code. I had my HVAC company clean my vents, but I still had the d80 error code afterward. So I called Revolff. Plamen came the same day. Very pleasant guy. After a quick inspection, he said the problem was my dryer vent. I told him I'd just had them cleaned the day before. He said I should call them back. He charged for the service call and left. I called HVAC, and they came back the next day. They cleaned my vents from the roof down, then from the wall vent upward. I still had the error code. I called Revolff and told the woman I still had the error code, and that the HVAC company said the problem was in my dryer. She said she would talk to Plamen and would call me right back. That was last week, and still no call back. I expected better service than this. Revolff's Reply: When Dryer was tested without being plugged into the wall, there was no error. When Dryer was tested being plugged into the wall, there is an error You don't have issues with your dryer, no matter how many parts can be changed on it that is not issue with the machine.I wish this was a mechanical or electrical issue with your dryer so we can help you on it, but it is not

He is very knowledgeable and the best technician I have ever met. My home also has high end appliance such as Sub-Zero, Wolff and Miele which he is also certified to fix.
