From the very beginning, they were organized, responsive, and answered all of the questions I had. After speaking with Erick and going through all the moving details, I felt more at ease and felt good about the move date and everything we had planned. Our move had a lot of details to follow, and they didn't miss anything! On the day of our move, Erick and his team were friendly, efficient, and hard workers! Communication was excellent, and I was given updates throughout the entire move. They were very careful with our items both while disassembling/assembling, loading/unloading, and also while driving in the big moving truck. I hate moving. And Erick with his team of two movers made my move super easy with no stress. I needed to move my two bedroom condo in a storage unit into a 3 bedroom home. I got a quote super quick and at a great price via Yelp quotes. He gave me a 3rd mover for free. I was able to stay within the 3 hour minimum as he didn't need to assemble my furniture. If you pay cash, you don't have to pay the 3% credit card transaction fee. His team arrived early at my storage facility. They were careful and loaded my boxes and delicate items with care. I can't remember the last time I paid for a service and was so blown away by every aspect of it. Erick and his team are absolutely phenomenal! They not only moved us out of our old 3 bd/3 ba apartment down stairs, but into our new 2 bd/2 ba apartment up even more difficult stairs. I still don't know how they managed to get everything up those stairs (no crazy cranes needed to lift furniture that you would of thought it to be the only way to do so); but it is obvious they have been doing this for a while and know all the Jedi master tricks of moving.
