I have a crack in my tub and was told that I could possibly get it fixed and reglazed. I was given…read moreTom's number by someone my dad knows. Tom said for him to come out and give a qoute, it would be $175, but if he did the work the $175 would go towards the total cost. He didn't ask any questions about the type of tub or how big the crack was, so I had no doubt he wouldn't be able to give me a quote. I wasn't happy about the $175 but thought if I didn't go with him it would be my choice to lose the money. I had to work during the time Tom could come, so my mom came to let him in to see the tub. After being an hour late, Tom walks in, goes to the tub, looks at it for all about 3 seconds, and says it's not fixable because it's not fiberglass. He asks for the $175 and leaves after writing a receipt. If it's not fixable and not something he deals with, my belief is that he shouldn't have taken the full amount. The $175 was for the work to be done, not for nothing. I understand he took his time to come to my home and used his gas, sure take enough to cover the gas, but $175 for maybe 5 mins at most of being on my property and doing absolutly nothing. I feel like I was robbed especially since if this man has been in business for so long, he should have asked questions before coming out to take my money. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on a business. I think anyone who is looking to have work done on their home should really think twice before calling this company.

Very disappointed. Communications were great in getting this scheduled and his follow up. But when…read morehe arrived things went downhill. He did the repair, but didn't test it. When he was going out to his truck to get me a receipt, I turned the valve on, and water sprayed everywhere. When I asked him to come back in and fix it, he said it wasn't his fault and that I should call a plumber. He also gave attitude about wearing a mask in our home.
