I pull up, ask for Shannon, and some guy comes out walks up to the car, asks about dings, I told him all I wanted was the paint job. He said "you want me to pull the bandage off?" I asked what, and he said $6/7k. I asked him what again, and he said "we need to sand the car" So $4/5k upgrade in price for sanding? I guess all y'all do is just wipe off the dirt and paint, eh? It would have been easier and quicker to trade for a new car, but the commitment to another four or five years of car payments doesn't make financial sense. After checking at several paint and body shops in the Rockwall/Rowlett/Wylie area, I realized paint and bodywork on my car was going to be more expensive and take longer than I had expected. However, the total cost of paint and bodywork at Rockwall MAACO was a small fraction of what a new car would cost, so I made the decision to have the work done at MAACO, and I am really happy with the results. MAACO, paint tech, Brad, and Customer service rep, Shannon, were very helpful and walked me through the process from start to finish. I now have my low mileage 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe looking as gorgeous as any new car on the lot. I highly recommend MAACO Rockwall services.
