Bryan was the Tech & he was great. Friendly & easy to talk to. It was a beastly hot day & his company van had air which made me feel better for him. It didn't take long before he was done. I went out to look at his work and couldn't have been more pleased. I'm a woman of a certain age & due diligence before hiring any business. Still I was a bit nervous about how this would go - no worries!!!! This is an excellent business & I couldn't have had a better experience !!! I'd read about other businesses quoting one price & then when finished a different price (higher of course).Not with Bumper Solutions. It was exactly as quoted. My suspicious & nervousness at this made me keep asking if that would be what I would pay. Bless Bryan - he was so patient with me & assured me more than once that would be the price. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival and showed up 15 minutes into that window. The whole job, including some preexistent scuffing on the side of the bumper, took about two hours, all done in my driveway. The color match and finish is impeccable and the price is less than a third of what a body shop would have cost me, not counting leaving the vehicle and having to get a rental while they did it. Multiple, convenient ways to pay. Cannot say enough good about this business (I almost want to call it a service), and Shannon who came and did all the work. Top notch, down-to-earth good neighbors. Upon arrival I was greeted and we agreed that with $ 5000 my car will be fixed and didn't bargain regarding pricing at all. After two week the car was ready and before accepting the job I did check the car and I see the engine light of the car is on!!? The owner which has no clue and history of running a business as mechanic shop tells me that don't worry I know people who can pass your car through inspection!!!! I said noooo!! This is not the way it works. We make a deal I have paid you what you asked I this needs to be fixed. He said that my mechanic say the issue is not related to you radiator fan and etc .. that you brought your car for!! And the added extra charge for changing the O2 sensor , after two weeks I noticed there is an oil leak under my car in the parking lot garage, and took the car back, owner says it not related to your accident that oil filter leaks, which all were related because my radiator was punctured, well there it is another charge for oil filter washerin two week so have to bring the car back because the temperature gauge is above normal!! He too much rely on his mechanic since he purchased the business from previous owner with the mechanic and he wants to keep the mechanic for this reason against my workweek another charge for oil filter washer also my head lights which were replaced had too much blind spot and whatever they to fix I t failed and I did accept. After another two week that started to make a squeaky noise which I had to have the mechanic to listen when I was moving the car when was Turner off , and found out when were the front bumper and radiator the did not secure the battery harness when fixing the front of the car. Making the story short with all the problems with paining and more the going back to the shop after 12 times to the shop even on time which the owner told the mechanic to check my vehicle and he said he can't because he didn't like me since I was making the right comments!! I did gave it way even the owner Ray made a comment the he will buy me a complimentary gift so I forget all the issues that happened. The assistant manager (Ashton) is well aware of all pain and suffering that I have been through. I did thank them and refused to ask for any thing. The last word of the owner was that I knew that you were trouble from the beginning (I wish people who runs a business had a clue what they are getting in). So so today after two years I just wanted how respectful they are and I had a problem with my other car, called the owner and he said I don't have time this week (we are fully booked)and I since it's not and urgent matter it can want for next week and he never responded back.. I did test this business for two times and they failed. I do not recommend this business since they are looking for easy and lucrative jobs.

However, after the vehicle was returned to me, ongoing issues began to arise. I noticed that my bumper continued to come loose. I contacted David, and he advised me to bring the vehicle back in. At that time, I was informed that a clip had not been properly installed. Unfortunately, even after that correction, the issue persisted. Over the past two years, I have returned multiple times for the same problem, and each visit has resulted in the same explanation regarding a clip. I was hesitant to leave a review because my previous interactions with staff had been positive. However, my most recent visit was very concerning. Upon arrival, Scotty was dismissive and unprofessional. He questioned whether this was the same vehicle that had been serviced and made comments that felt unnecessary. He then suggested that the issue may have been caused by me hitting something underneath the bumper. Had he reviewed the service history, he would have seen that this has been an ongoing issue since the initial repair. I expressed my frustration with having to deal with the same unresolved problem for nearly two years, especially considering the amount that was paid through my insurance for the repair. In response, he stated that he could report to the insurance company that I had caused damage by hitting underneath the vehicle. The mark he referenced was not new and does not explain the recurring issue with the bumper. This interaction was extremely disappointing due to the lack of professionalism and accountability. While I do not wish to work with Scotty again, I still need my vehicle properly repaired and the issue fully resolved.

I have so many complaints but i speak about their work first and the service second.The first time i took my car to them. They returned it without my Camaro sign, they messed up my door, and the paint job was also messed up see pictures. They asked me to come back so they could assess my car and after they looked at my car they asked me to come back Monday. I was also told it would only take a day to correct my issues. It took until Friday. When i go to pick it up Friday it is still messed up. They only put on the Camaro sign and did not fix the other 2 issues. I tell them that it's still wrong. They tell me they were unaware of them fixing anything else... and I'm thinking you just kept my car for 4 days just to put the Camaro sign back on. So they tell me they are going to keep the car . Monday afternoon i get a call stating that my car was ready and i needed to be there by 5. It was nooon. There was no regard given to my schedule and the things i have to do. Anyway I pick up my car and i don't see anything wrong on the side where there was damage so I took my car and left. I wake up this morning to see they damaged my bumper on the passenger side. This is the worst service I have ever received from any collision center. The service is also horrible because there were never any updates about your car just a random call at their will to tell u that your car is ready and must be picked up by 5. I feel taken advantage of because I am a woman and i pray this review prevents this from happening to someone else! I had several panic attacks dealing with this issue because as a woman they know you don't know so they try to take advantage of this. Please do your research before taking your car to places like this. I would give them 0 stars if I could!
