It is the best company I have used (I have used quite a few through various moves as well as to store teaching materials). They are never pushy, everything is bright and clean, and the prices seem to be the best or one of the best in the area. Last year I was worried that I had forgotten to tell them my move out date and would be charged another month, but when I called I was pleased to find out that they do checks for empty lockers and if its empty, they close out the account, meaning I wasn't charged! I was super impressed by this because it showed they weren't trying to get one over on the customer, but were only interested in charging for the true time needed. I mean, come on, they have to be pretty good for people to actually leave reviews for a storage company!

Under prior management we received an invoice and a link to payment at the beginning of every month. When they changed management no notice was sent to new customers and we were all billed late charges even though we were never notified of the change. I confirmed and updated email, asked again for monthly billing all to no avail. They are now claiming late fees despite their failure to bill us and won't let us access our belongings unless we pay late fees. We have been great customers that have paid all our bills on time for over 2 years. Such a shame. I hope they get their act together until they do BUYER BEWARE!
