Apple and Verizon customer service told me her phone (the hardware) was fine but when I went into this store, the woman who helped me, the blonde hair and glasses, told me I needed a new phone and the eSIM card with only work for 24 hours. My wife's phone was having problems with her physical SIM card and service where she couldn't connect. Something didn't sit well with me when the woman told me not to spend $30 for an eSIM card but rather sign up for a new plan that would charge me an extra $25 a month or $900 for the next three years. She was pushy about it and put a lot of pressure on me to trade in my wife's phone and spend more on a new plan. I left the store, and later came back and I was happy that another worker came over and helped me. I bought the eSIM card and my wife's phone has been working without one issue. So let's see, spend $30 for an eSIM card or be told I have to buy a new phone and spend $900 over the next three years??? I do not recommend this store. They just want to rip you off and buy a new phone and upgraded plan.

For people who love Coach products, you will be overwhelmed with the amount of bags, wallets, wristlets, and other Coach accessories. There was a section of 50% off items in the back of the store. On the days I visited, they handed out a coupon good for 30% and an extra 10% off their already discounted prices. If you are in the area, this is definitely a great place to visit. I had a leather coach purse many years ago, but never thought I would consider their newer bags. However, they are still really well made. The sales staff are very down to earth as well and are very helpful in finding whatever you may be interested in.
