They have always been consistent and fair when they release a new sneaker, and although some versions of the SB Dunk sell out almost immediately, I've been able to get my hands on a pair or two. Once I've purchased a shoe from Premier, depending on the time of day, that purchase has shipped out on the same day and arrives at my doorstep in a couple of business days. My most recent purchase was the SB Dunk Low Pro Aluminum. I bought these shoes on their website on the afternoon of 2/4/25 and, as I write this, they have arrived at my home the morning of 2/7/25. They have a pretty large selection of women's shoes as well as lots of sale shoes towards the back. You can also find accessories like socks and purses as well as knickknack type toys, etc. towards the front checkout. I was able to find the shoes I wanted fairly quickly, but they were a little limited in my size (6-6.5). I think you can have them order different sizes and get them shipped to you. They have a rewards program where you can earn points. The shoes I went with were cheaper at DSW than on Amazon. Overall I like DSW and think they have a good selection of different styles. It's nice to be able to try stuff on in person, especially shoes. Parking in this area is a bit of a nightmare as the parking lot is always crowded and it's not laid out very well.

They must use some sort of odd formula that dates back to a thinner, shorter America raised on hard little baby shoes. They have no men's 10E at all, which is not that unusual a size. I know DSW carries this size because online I can easily find it. The brick and mortar stores are useful to come in and see the shoes, but if you have a wide, narrow, small or large size you're not going to go home with a pair of shoes from here. Since this is Western Michigan where there seems to be some sort of heavily enforced law that all salespeople be nice, the salespeople here are nice.

Beltline NE. Needless to say after I explained it to the two employees, they told me because you washed the socks, they can't take back the socks. I said fine, then refund my money. They refused. I asked to talk to a manager. They said the manager is in the back and they went and "talked to the Manager" and when they returned repeated that they will not refund my $21+ and that if I didn't leave the store immediately, they would call the police. I did and told them I was writing a review of this. Honestly loved Sketchers for years, buying 4 or 5 golf shoes, hiking boots, tennis shoes and walkers. Plus several different sets of socks. After this negative experience, I'll never shop there again. Just a warning and beware folks.

Ben helped me today and I Initially went in for Altras for no reason other than they had a red shoe once (call me shallow it's fair here!). Trying on an Altra the hand to glove feeling wasn't there. They carry all the name brands you want: from Lulu to Vuori to Hoka and beyond. Prices are higher but Gazelle stands by their products and have a generous return policy! I have bought running shoes, tested them at job and exchanged them with ease. Gazelle has multiple locations across the state, but if you are in the west Michigan area, I recommend going to the 28 location because their selection will be wider than the DT spot.
