She ran down the flavors that were available and while they ALL sounded amazing, we opted for two red velvet cupcakes, one earl grey and lavender cupcake, and one cinnamon swirl cupcake. We also received complimentary peanut butter and chocolate mini cupcake while we waited. I ordinarily don't like the combination of peanut butter and chocolate but this mini cupcake was super moist and the peanut butter buttercream perfectly complimented the decadence of the chocolate cake. It was definitely a home run. Our cupcakes were boxed and we paid while chatting with the owner. When we exited, we took pictures of the cupcakes before devouring the first one in the car in four bites each. The cake of the cinnamon swirl was perfectly moist with excellent cinnamon flavor. The buttercream was not only pretty but had a wonderful flavor and perfectly velvety texture. My best friend enjoyed the red velvet, too. Wonderful cupcakes! It was perfect, the taste, the decoration the price just perfect! I will be getting my next event cake from Sandi. Everyone raved about the cake and loved seeing Vader and Yoda crossing sabers. The cake was a moist yellow cake with a raspberry filling layer then butter cream over that just under a layer of fondant. I generally do not like fondant but this was almost like a marshmallow and very good. I can tell she really took her time with this design, very detailed.
