Purchased a small tshirt for $28 Overpriced but ok my daughter wanted it. After one wear it literally fell apart in my hand. Went to store and asked for exchange or refund. They tried to talk me into taking same shirt 3 sizes too big. When I said it wouldn't fit, they proceeded to belittle and respond so rudely telling me I didn't take care of the shirt. Mind you it was worn once and purchased a week ago. I said girls please do the right thing, your going to lose a customer but they didn't care at all. Really like this cute store that's popped up within the past few years! It's in a strip mall, not inside of a big shopping mall, which makes it a great quick spot to run in when you need a new outfit or accessory in a rush. I've gotten some really cute finds here such as comfy, but cute plaid shirts during fall, jumpsuits and rompers in the summer and lots of little accessories like chokers and earrings. My latest find was a pair of black fringe earrings (like the ones at J. Crew) on clearance for $5!! Their stuff isn't inexpensive, but it's not overly priced either and if you sign up for the mailing list you get coupons for 20% off every now and then making their stuff very reasonable. I can always count on this place to have the latest styles and helpful staff. Recommend it! read more

The manager has an attitude and employees give dirty looks. My friend and I took a lot of clothes into the fitting room and barely found anything which is fine, but the manager told me "you're not buying anything? You were in there so long" and i said no i didn't and she gave an attitude when she said "okay". Then when my friend went to the checkout area she asked if her card from the store had anything left on it and the manager said "it's on the receipt" again, with an attitude. Meanwhile the card had nothing so she simply could've said that. Lastly, the employees gave rude and dirty looks which made us feel awkward. Overall, i recommend the clothes but if you're not looking to get attitude don't come here! read more

The Customer service at this particular location (Marlboro) was extremely poor! I have made several purchases since inception and the one time I had an issue with an item they treated me like I was a criminal. I wanted to exchange (no money back) after my daughter tried a shirt on and removed tags to find it wasn't fitting her properly. I had the receipt and explained the issue and they let me the customer leave the store very unhappy. Didn't even try to remedy the issue and as for being a loyal customer who shops there frequently made no difference! I will not be shopping this location again they have no regard for their loyal customers! Plenty of other retail shops to spend my hard earned money. read more

Horrible experience at the Marlboro location. Usually do not like to complain but thought I should make people aware of the rude, snotty, and horrible customer-service. Walked into the store at 5:45pm to get a few lounge outfits for a vacation. I was unaware that they closed at 6pm, I thought it would atleast be 8:00pm. I was greeted with stares like I had ten heads. I than started to look around a little and than asked what time they closed. Got the rudest reply and than got asked "if this was my first time shopping there".... (Stuck up) and to be honest I think it was the manager who I had the issue with. And if I am right... That says a lot about the store, if the manager is treating customers in this manner. If the store would have told me they are closing as soon as I walked in, I would have gladly left and came back the next day. (Sorry I don't have your store hours memorized!!!! ) but instead I was stared at and had snarky, snot- nose comments made at me. Walking into this store you are greeted with dirty looks and attitude from the staff. They dimmed the lights and turned off the music telling me they are closing in 10 minutes. Apparently, they have summer hours and close at 7pm. I had no idea! They could of handled it in a much more professional manner. I've worked in retail for years and NEVER seen this type of rude, ill-mannered and condescending behavior towards paying customers. Needless to say I didn't buy anything and left immediately. Dissapointed. I came to this store w my friend. She had a simple question about returning one of the items she had bought previously and they looked at her as if she had five heads. And was extremely rude. The only reason I am giving one star is bc the clothes are cute. If you want to visit a store w cute clothes but not so great customer service, this is the place for you. But if you'd rather not, I suggest you shop on their website online to avoid the rudeness you will experience ! read more
