DO NOT LET THIS WOMEN DO ANYTHING TO YOUR FACE!!! Every day I wake up hoping I have my old face…read moreback, but sadly every day I have to try to accept that I look ten years older. I have been absolutely devastated and left with a saggy dented face from the negligence and lack of knowledge this woman has with dissolving filler. Don't be a science experiment like me. She is barely experienced! If you take a look at her work you can see she has made some people look much worse. She does not have an eye for aesthetics nor the knowledge to be an injector. She knew I hated the lip filler I had in my lips and she knew I was concerned about dissolving. The enzyme they use can deplete your natural hyaluronic acid and with women who are over 40 like me it may never come back. She convinced me I would be fine with dissolving sending me pics of herself. She told me the people who say dissolving damaged their skin are crazy. (Check out what plastic surgeons, Cody Chesnut and Ben Talai say about dissolving) The day I had an appointment I expressed to her that I felt uncomfortable and she acted like it was no big deal. Looking back she didn't care at all about my concerns, and all she cared about was racking another 250 in her back account. She talked me into the appointment and did not prepare me in any way that my face would shrivel up, and I would have huge pronounced wrinkles. That was the week I had a huge test coming up and I was so devastated I could barely focus on studying. To make things worse she told me it was ok to get a microneedling facial the next day which I think spread the enzyme into my cheeks. She said it is impossible that it spread and after talking to Devan Petella she said it was almost impossible to stop the spread of the enzyme and that I am most likely permanently damaged. Sara tried to blame my face looking saggy from loosing weight. She also tried to blame the damage in my skin on the facial I received, taking no accountability for her negligence. I have before photos from when she dissolved me and I purposely gained back a couple pounds. I went from being a super happy confident 40 year old who looked ten years younger than my age to the saggy cheeks of a 50 year old. I cry every day over this. I may possibly at the age of 40 may need a facelift. It's affecting my life in every way. I'm waiting to talk to a plastic surgeon but I have a feeling I will never get my old face back. I could possibly have to spend thousands of dollars that I don't have to get my face looking normal. She never even apologized to me and told me you will get old someday. I think it's incredibly careless and selfish to talk someone into a service that they expressed they felt uncomfortable with. The way she conducts business is unethical. Don't let her con you, and try to get money from you. No one should ever talk your into a service you feel uncomfortable with. Please learn from my mistake. I have the before pics she took. The first quad of photos the top is before bottom is after. (Top photos taken by her). Then second quad or photos are all before except the middle which was right after dissolving. All the other pics are afters I have take. I also posted screen shots of our conversations of her try to talk me into dissolving. Last pic is my before selfie

I absolutely love this place! Sara explained everything clearly and in-depth while also giving me…read moreher honest opinion during our consultation. After that I was super comfortable for my appointment, and i'm so glad because my results were amazing!! I got both a lip flip and gummy smile injections, and i'm OBSESSED with my results. It was so amazing that I even went back and had an amazing facial with Shelby! She's the absolute sweetest and so passionate about skin. Shelby even taught me all about what my skin needs and how to treat it at home without overselling me or anything weird. These are some of the sweetest women i've ever met and can't wait to go back!!

Kiyah's Pretty Spa Studio is amazing and I highly recommend visiting. She is located conveniently…read moredowntown and parking is never an issue. Her studio is really cute and always clean. I've been seeing her now for more than 6 months and only trust her with my lash extensions and brow/lip wax in State College. She is super masterful on lash application and is also super quick. She also stocks some skincare items and I got a great facial cleanser from her!

Would do zero stars if I could. I had scheduled my first ever facial as a start to my vacation and…read morewas extremely excited as I had seen her facial walk through videos on TikTok and Instagram. I was in the shower getting ready when she texted me (at 4:22) stating that she would be ready for me at 5 if I wanted to come earlier as my appointment was scheduled for 5:30. When I didn't answer (cus my phone was on DND) she texted me at 4:46 stating that if she didn't get a response she would cancel my appointment. I saw the message as I was getting dressed and responded at 5:01 explaining how my phone was on DND and that I'm getting dressed to head over. She responded back with a message apologizing and saying she had ASSUMED I was a no show and cancelled my appointment so we'd need to reschedule. Mind you it's only 5:02 at this point and once again my appointment was scheduled for 5:30. How unprofessional to assume someone is a no show half an hour before their appointment when I even confirmed my appointment via the link sent to me earlier that week. Starting my vacation in tears as I was looking forward to my first ever facial. Edit: she texted me at 5:22 saying that she gets a lot of fake appointments through TikTok so she assumed mine was a fabricated appointment when I didn't respond to the text. Lol this whole situation rubbed me the wrong way so yeah I'm leaving a bad review as part of business is professionalism and maintaining clientele. I would have been a very loyal client had I liked my facial as I am on a skincare/healing my skin journey. No discount of any kind will ever make me want to give her my business.
