Awesome little place nestled in the heart of Rancho San Diego. They have smoothies, boba drinks, teas, specialty macaroons and more. This place is so great! It's really fun to try new drinks. I love the iced chai tea with boba, my husband loved the snowbubble Reese's pieces(very sweet but yummy!) and my daughter loves their watermelon slushy drink with boba. Their prices are very reasonable and the art on the walls is so cool. You can take photos with their wings on the wall. Definitely recommend them. read more

Service is subpar. Like very mediocre. The tea is low quality and not strong but the golden boba is soft and chewy and not too sweet. I don't like that if you want the sweetness lessen the water down the drink with literal water thus diluting the tea and cream. Its just not the most lucious milk tea. Won't be back. read more

Tiger milk tea with boba and a blueberry macaron from a very nice server, fast, fair pricing, good.

Went back in to try out another drink (and macaron for my daughter). I ended up having the tiger tea per the associates recommendation, which is Thai tea with milk tea, and I obviously asked for boba. My daughter had a macaron which I believe was vanilla flavored and she loved it. The tea, as opposed to my last experience, was surprisingly much creamier, not watery at all, and tasted like a mix of the two teas mentioned. It was well balanced and had the right amount of sweetness (I didn't ask to adjust sweetness even tho I usually do). The boba was delicious and had the right texture, not too chewy and not too hard. I am happy to see these changes happening, especially that I was so disappointed after the long wait to not have a good boba spot nearby. I gotta say I will be going back in to try some more teas and see if the tiger will still be my usual pick. read more

Since living in East county, I have always had to travel far for a good boba and now thanks to this new location I don't have to commute so far. I love their crystal boba, always chewy and fresh. They have a wide range of drink flavors so everyone will find something suitable for them. They also have delicious macarons and you can pair your drink with a pretty cotton candy cloud which comes in 3-4 flavors. I haven't had a chance to try their churros yet but I know it will be as good as everything they offer. They really do serve quality!!!! read more

If the product is as bad as the customer service, don't even bother. I purchased a $10 gift card for my grandson about a month ago for his birthday. Somehow, the employee forgot to give me the second part to the receipt so there was nothing on the gift card. It has now been about 3 weeks with no resolution from Tommy, the owner, and an unhappy grandson. Something that Good customer service should have taken about 5 minutes to fix. I won't be going back. Walked in around 9:40pmish and was pleasantly surprised the place was still open. I've been waiting for this place to open so I was excited to finally get in there and give it a try. I believe her name was Kailey (but I'm second guessing my ears after reading other reviews) but she was awesome with giving me a rundown of the best and bomb flavors. She told me about the Captain Crunch bubble tea flavor and I had to try it. What really blew me away was how the Captain Crunch shake is made. Taste is crazy spot on. Definitely will be back to try the other flavors and enjoy the friendly atmosphere; even at such a late time. Rancho has been getting a lot of upgrades lately but this will definitely be one I frequent a little more often. read more
