Vanitea is such a nice and cozy warm place to be in. The people who work there are super friendly and their drinks are so flavorful! Their weenie the Pooh inspired macaroons are adorable! The aesthetic of this place is very nice! It's a great place to study, go on a date, and catch up with some friends. Their menu is quite extensive, and there should be something you'll like! I mainly came here for a drink, but they do have some dessert options here. Their menu doesn't really show the prices of a large drink and what toppings they have. To upgrade to a large it's $0.75 cents. For toppings, it's $0.50, they only have 3 here. Well, that's what the cashier told me. They have crystal boba, jelly, and popping boba(?). Keep in mind, there's a $4.00 minimum on card! Might as well upgrade to a large . I had the winter melon green tea, half sweet. It was pretty good! The texture of the boba was good, but it is quite sweet. I would suggest to get half sweet or even 25% sweet. ALSO, if you're lactose intolerant, they have DAIRY FREE OPTIONS!!!! I'll try a milk tea next time! I'm glad to have finally tried this place! Now I can get boba nearby and get my fix without going to Convoy. read more

The stuff if good, that's not a lie. What I am reviewing is the amount of time it takes to get your drinks. Even when calling in an order over the phone and telling them you're 5 minutes away, your stuff is NEVER READY. IT IS INFURIATING. If you're not going to have my order ready when I get there then don't bother taking phone orders. You waste my time every single time. read more

So happy there is a legit boba spot in the Rancho area! Used to have to travel all the way to Convoy to get some good milk tea. Not only was I impressed with their milk teas but the ambiance and decorations were very hipster and cute. Guy at the register was attentive and would gladly come and pick up your trash/empty boba cups. Overall experience was amazing. Sorry but the amount of boba that they serve it's just unacceptable. I understand that they run out of boba close to closing times but I'd prefer for them to be honest about it instead of charging a full amount and putting a few on the drink. The place had been open for a few months and the service and quality is just as good as it was opening day. Amazing staff, great decor, delicious drinks and desserts. The lobby is always well kept and clean as well as the bathroom. If you're looking for a quick boba fix, this is the place!
