She did my makeup first then had to rush through my hair. I could not stay any longer or I'd be late to my own wedding. Had she not been late, she would've had the extra 40 mins to complete my hair better. My braid & flower piece fell out, & the curls were completely gone by the time of my ceremony. The owner did not care at all, actually accused me of lying, & would not refund me even though my hair was unfinished & had to go to my wedding with undone hair. My wedding pictures speak for themselves. My hair was not done. Not a great memory of my wedding day. Megan was also so slow working on my mother and sister, that my sister's makeup wasn't even half done and she had no choice but to also leave or she'd be late. All she got was foundation & eyeshadow, again, no apologies or partial refund from the owner. She paid for a full face of makeup & got only foundation & eyeshadow. Very unprofessional place. They obviously don't take weddings seriously, not even brides considering she was 40 mins late for me. Unfortunately I will have this memory forever & they didn't care at all.

She texted me on my way to make sure I knew exactly where to go, she greeted me at the front and gave me ample time to get comfortable for my facial! The room, the vibe, the facial... everything was so relaxing, calming, and exactly what I needed! For the price I paid for my facial (about $75) I feel like I got SO MUCH compared to other places. She even gave me a neck and shoulder massage and said it was okay if I fell asleep (I did lol) because she takes it as a compliment! She made she my skin needs were met and she made sure to explain everything she was doing and going to do! She even gave me some tips and tricks- which is always so kind! That always makes me happy. I was able to get an appointment that week with esthetician Lauren. You'll probably miss this spot when you first arrive because its inconspicuously tucked away inside a nondescript office building. See my photos of the exterior of where to go and you'll save yourself a bit of time and confusion. There's a few metered spots directly outside the office building as well as a metered parking lot behind the building. Flawless is on the second floor and the elevator didn't look like it worked, so be prepared for stairs in terms of accessibility. Their space is super cute, welcoming and buzzing with happy clients. This was the first time I ever had a lash lift, and Lauren was great! She was very knowledgeable, walked me through the process, and followed COVID safety protocol. The building itself is older, and in her service room, it was super muggy when we started my service. I was overheating and she was kind enough to put on the AC specifically to make me more comfortable. I loved my lashes afterwards and they lasted longer than I expected. Comparatively, their prices are fair and even with other local businesses. They also offer tanning and other beauty services, and I won't hesitate to return here for a future service. I'm glad I tried a lash lift with Lauren and definitely have another one in my future!

When a "senior" stylist attempted to curl my hair and it fell flat, she said "oh wow I guess your hair doesn't hold curl. I'll take the charge off for the style," then took my cape off and walked me to the front to usher me out. I've never, ever met a hair stylist who couldn't curl hair. I was baffled. My second visit I made sure to book a different stylist, yet my experience was 10 times worse. I asked for reddish brown hair and we picked out two swatches together she said she would mix 50/50. Instead she dyed my hair BLACK. She told me she had added in a third color that we never discussed - a neutral that clearly was not only way too dark but completely canceled out the warm tones and red tones. The next day I had to spend 5 hours having her attempt to fix it. I asked her to please Just lighten it as much as possible to get it close to the color I came in with, as I did not want her touching my hair anymore. First she tried a lightening treatment that did not work. Then she did a BLEACH bath, then a toner. Hours later my hair had lightened, but completely unevenly. I left with brown hair that had streaks of black in it. Naturally, I asked for a refund for this absolute fiasco. Not only did I not get what I wanted or ask for, this girl essentially destroyed my hair, wasted my money, two days and hours of my life while I now have to live with this awful hair or pay double to find someone who will attempt to fix it for me. The owner texted me and doubled down on the fact that she would not give a refund because I had a "corrective" service done. Corrective for who?? it did not correct the fiasco that is now my hair. I am not only out time and money but you destroyed the way I look, and damaged my hair with all of the extra treatments. And you're doubling down on the fact that your policy is to not offer refunds? For a problem your stylist created in the first place because she had no idea what she was doing, then was unable to fix?? These girls can't curl hair and they can't color hair. Thank God I did not let any of them near my head with scissors. And the owner is a joke. The salon itself pretends to be high end offering organic services, yet when you walk in it's run down and in need of paint and basic styling. You're offering organic hair care but your mini fridge is stocked with Pepsi for guests? Do not go here. At the end she didn't style my hair and just asked if the length was ok. The cut was so awful I didn't want to say anything because I can't do anything but let it grow - there is no way to fix this without CHOPPING the rest of my hair into a bob. Do not go to this salon.
