She said it was supposed to be a cool brown it looks black. Every time that I try to talk to her about it it's like she's constantly trying to get me to say what she wants me to say and is not hearing me. All I wanted was for this to be removed off my face she stated that she knew some people and that she would get me the information, I waited. I got nothing finally when I spoke up and I told her how upset I was of how she was handling the situation. It was come in. I'm wasting hours of my life going in there each and every time all she kept doing was telling me about her work hours how much time she was taking, how much money she spent on them I told her I was disappointed that her customer service since December she didn't even offer me 10% off or I don't constantly feeling like I did something wrong. I finally spoke up. She said that she did,t She shows me a screenshot. She sent it to my fb her I have not spoken since 2022 on fb so I had no knowledge that she sent it to my Facebook, we text all the time personal things, work related.why all of a sudden she used fb? I don't know at that point. I was just so upset that I kept feeling like I had to keep speaking up for myself defending I had enough, I explained that I want a refund. She said you can either have a refund or you can go get the removal which at that point I had to make a choice I have no idea how much removal is, but she was not going to help me with both then she told me that I had to wait for my refund because she uses a system to where she could not get the refund back at that point. I let her know I want to be her company, I am a business owner myself when it comes to my client I would take it out of my business account and whatever third-party or system that she uses, she should have dealt with them on their own not me needing to wait at that point I had no choice because she gave me no other options She said I finally put a review on my social media Instagram, which I also have proof of at that point she goes into my DM's threatening me to sue me get attorneys involved and she also told me I'm not getting my money. Well take that back first she said it was going to be six weeks. She never told me six weeks until now, so two weeks six weeks by the end of that conversation when I said the review is based off of my experience that I had with you and your company I have every right to express she then told me now I'm not getting anything. I also have those screenshots overall it was her because I considered her a friend, this wasn't $100 job. This was $650. This was my it has affect it self esteem the way I take pictures and for someone to just not care or to constantly blame me or make me feel like I did something wrong when I was 100% understanding that mistakes happen but I got sick of being treated like I was doing something wrong, God bless her. Then she asked how I wanted curled and I told her a row down the middle and the sides down, she said oh you taking me back to hair school. I said something simple. I thought she could handle. Came all the way from Akron and was very disappointed with the outcome. Fish hook curls as if she didn't know how to curl with the marcels. I would give them a 1 on a scale of 1-10 meaning 1 is the worst experience.? So upset with my service!!! Had to go home and curl my hair myself before work.

I have not gotten a haircut anywhere else since thats how much I love this place and the people. Everything you would want out of a stylist. Friendly, nice, and always the perfect haircut. The salon is always clean and they have bottled water and coffee available. TVs are on for when you wait and when you're in the chair and they also have music playing so it's never too quiet. Love that they do raffles and little things for their clients on occasion. Love this place if you're looking for a great experience and not just an in and out great clips or lady Jane's haircut this is the place to go.
