Let me set the scene: I walk in, ready for a quick tan. Josie at the front tells me the wait is 4 minutes. Cool, I can handle that. But then, what do I see? Josie and three other girls huddled up at the front desk like it's Mean Girls: Tanning Edition, cackling about whose house is hosting the party and what they're doing tonight. Spoiler alert: NONE of those plans involved helping the customers standing right there. Then Josie lets someone else go in ahead of me. When I remind her she told me 4 minutes, her response? "Oh yeah, my bad." Girl, what?? No apology, no solution--just a shrug and back to the gossip circle. Then she has the nerve to tell me to wait another 10 minutes. Absolutely not. You said 4. Try respecting people's time instead of planning your Saturday night at the front counter. Unless you're into bad attitudes, broken promises, and listening to high school hallway chatter, I'd skip this location entirely. iTAN Santee needs a serious customer service wake-up call--starting with Josie. read more

I tan almost weekly and feel lucky to have a membership here. I've tried several of the other locations, and this one is by far the BEST! It's always spotless, the staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, and they always know exactly which bed I should use next. There are so many options for tanning and self-care. They recently added a red light combo tanning bed, and it's definitely the star of the show. I also just learned they offer teeth whitening, which is such a fun bonus! Between the membership specials and bonus bucks, it's easy to try out different services. I highly recommend this location--if you've been considering tanning, this is the place to go! read more

EverSun Santee is not just about tanning, it is about total skin & body care also. It is about a different type of day spa. You can start with red light face therapy & UV teeth whitening, then use a salt therapy sauna to give your body a full refresh & soft skin feeling after finishing. You also can choose to have an all body red light scanner treatment, which helps to repair your skin all over including scars, achy areas, swollen parts of body & more. You also can have a full Body Heat wrap, which I say serves as a body detoxifier. It helps loose body fat & water plus remove toxins after several treatments. Then after all the above treatments you can have a refreshing UV tan in the tropics in under 10 min or choose a spray tan with collagen treatment. You can also choose to get a spray collagen & skin care treatment alone without spray tan. I have tried all of the above treatments. I joined their unlimited use monthly plan. I found going for treatments at least three times a week made a large difference in the way my body felt. My skin damage from sunning in the real sun began to fade, my skin started to tighten all around. I lost water weight & inches from the Body wrap & it helped my lungs feel so much stronger from the heat detox. My whole body & bones got so much stronger doing the Full body Red Light treatment as it also helped clear my skin & blemishes all over. I love that I was able to have a Teeth Whitening treatment, it took about three treatments to see a difference. The spray tan takes a very short time & covered my body evenly & did not turn my skin orange tint if I used a bronzer color added. I was a bit scary at first, when using the Tanner Bed, but I tried one that you choose a tan as if I were in Hawaii & there is music & cooling while tanning in under 10 min. The Tan Bed helped my skin to bring back my natural pigments & enhance natural tan. Keep in mind there are some extra cost like buying creams & sprays to work with each type of therapy. I feel the cost is minimal & is worth spending to get the best results in your treatments & tans. If you have not ever visited EverSun Santee, I highly recommend it. The staff is very friendly & helpful. Ask for a free trial of services before joining. They offer a lot of good specials. They also have special offers for students. I haven't tanned in a bed in over ten years and I had a few questions. Jenna was most helpful and knowledgeable and explained all the plans when I signed up the other day. The establishment is clean and they have lots of beds available so probably will never have to wait for one which is great. I would've gotten the spa services also for the teeth whitening especially but was deterred by the additional cost of the trays and gel. Paying an additional $40-$60 in addition to the membership is insane. I'll just go get it done at a dentist office instead. read more

Update!!!! The manager called me and we had a nice conversation. She explained the problem and they fixed everything! Tried to sign up and activate my account and get it back up and running!! They activated my account under the wrong person!! With MY credit card information...I went to a different location to tan and that's the only way I found out!! I had to call Santee to ask when I can tan next...and the manager wouldn't even talk with me. Was talking to me through an employee and she was relaying the information to me!! It's been a week and still no resolution! I love ITan...but just drive to El Cajon if you want to open an account! You'll have better luck. read more
