Dangerous, Unprofessional & Intimidating Experience…read more I recently had an extremely disturbing experience with a driver from Western Towing in Oceanside ROBERT . In my personal opinion, this was the most unprofessional and reckless tow operator I've ever encountered. The driver was aggressive, hostile, and verbally abusive, even cursing at me and calling me names when I questioned what he was doing. The way he spoke to me as a woman and homeowner was unbelievably disrespectful. Worst of all, he attempted to tow a vehicle while my friend was still inside the car and another person was underneath working on it. The level of danger and carelessness was shocking -- someone could have been seriously hurt. His behavior escalated to the point where he made intimidating gestures, acted like he was trying to start a fight with my friends, and tried to pressure and threaten us by saying I could "get kicked out of my house" if I didn't admit fault and allow the tow. It felt like pure intimidation and abuse of authority. Because of how reckless and threatening the situation felt, the police were called. When officers arrived and saw what was happening, they ordered him to put the car down immediately. That alone tells you everything you need to know about how out-of-line this situation was. This was hands-down the most unprofessional, unsafe, and hostile experience I've ever had with any service provider. I strongly hope this company reviews who they hire and trains their staff properly -- because what I witnessed was completely unacceptable and dangerous.

When I told him where my car was, he immediately knew the lay if the land and asked if it was on a hill or not. This is the type of experience and local knowledge that is important.
