We had someone else come out and tell us "Well...you're 13 years into a 15 year roof and you're about due". They didn't even go up on the roof. Well we panicked as it wasn't a good time financially (is it ever?) for a large repair. I submitted an online request for a free estimate from Dick's Roof Repair late yesterday afternoon. Dick Pignotti came out within 24 hours and actually got up on the roof and inspected it. He told me that it wasn't that bad yet and we had another (approx) 2-5 years on it. He gave me tips and suggestions to correct any potential issues that may be causing the extra wear in some spots. I asked what it would cost to replace it, when it comes due as we will need to save for it. He gave me a rough estimate that was so very fair and feasible for us to save for when needed. I couldn't be happier. I asked for his card AND am doing this review so that I make sure that he is the one I call for any and all of our future roofing, siding, windows and gutter needs. I'm not doing a commercial....well I guess I was doing a commercial. But he deserves it! A big stress relief happened in just a short visit! I'll be using Dicks Roof Repair and only them....and so should you!

I called one of the "big"companies here in town and I was promised a quick solution. I waited. About a week later someone showed up to take a look, then he disappeared. About a week later the same guy showed up again and took another look around, promised a quote, and disappeared again. By this time I had become frustrated and called Dan. He showed up the next day and fixed the leak in my roof for $20. He went above and beyond and filled some hairline cracks in my chimney, too. About ten days later I finally received $475 the quote from the other guys in the mail. There was also another rainstorm and my roof was weathertight. No leaks in my roof or my chimney. He told me to F*** off as the line of cars trying to pull into the lot from the drive thru was backing up and preventing anybody from getting parked to wait for food. The entire parking lot away from the door and handicapped and few other fronts spots was open. He may do good work but at what cost. He even prevented someone from backing out of their handicapped spot until after he finally left. To you sir you can rot in hell.
