In the ad she specifically states, "They (the arch supports) were personally fitted just for me." Then the narrator goes on to say, "personalized arch support fitting". These words imply that the insoles/inserts were specifically made for me. They are not. They are premade hard plastic inserts and foam toppers that come in a variety of prices. The inserts/insoles actually made my feet hurt worse. When I went back to my foot surgeon and showed him what I purchased, he told me that they were the cause of the additional foot pain that I was experiencing. He told me to stop using the inserts and sent me to therapy. Therapy provided me with stretching exercises. I do them everyday. Foot feels tons better and I just wasted good money on hard plastic stuff. Maybe my dogs would like them as chew toys.

They have pieces that are one of a kind, you know that no other girl will be wearing the same thing. The dresses are trendy and chic. The price points are good and you can always catch a deal with one of their sales. One downside: one of the dresses I got is an off white color, the material is polyester I believe, and it has a water mark stain which will not come out; even with dry cleaning. I know I will be returning for a new dress especially with New Years approaching!
