"The Future Starts Today" I ran into an issue with my personal VANS account, having incorrect information placed into the system. I was not able to gain access to my purchase history and purchase points. After communicating with VANS customer service, I then took the information that was given to call the store and I was finally taken care of by the New Manager Angelo. Manager ANGELO, demonstrated exemplary customer service by swiftly and effectively addressing the issue, displaying a high level of professionalism throughout the process. With his impeccably precise leadership skills and respectful approach in finding a solution ensured a seamless positive resolution. That left me speechless. Furthermore, Manager Angelo's considerate communication not only clarified that the fault did not lie with me but also provided genuine reassurance.
