Very clean house and they provide anything you could ever need. The house is really close to base…read more(~10min) which was convenient, but is about 30 minutes from downtown, so it's up to your preference. A cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks, and they provide everything from toilet paper to sheets and towels to laundry detergent. The washer and dryer are awesome, beds are comfy, and the kitchen is fully stocked. 2 of the rooms are very small so if you aren't single or bring pets it can be cramped. My roommates turned into some pretty good friends staying and for that I'm thankful. The owner as well as the management were very nice and helpful and easy to contact/keep in touch with. Tried to give 4.5 stars but couldn't figure out how, mostly for the tiny bedrooms and the fact that a few things are broken around the house. (floorboards separated, microwave handle, freezer handle)

Three months later we had to 48 hours to close on our new house or lose it so we asked Lusi to contact the investor to say that we were willing to take the offer. She didn't even bother to reach out to them for several days, which meant we lost that opportunity! In the end, MY HUSBAND found another investor to sell our house to. We contacted them, negotiated, and sold the house. But guess what?! Lusi still got close to $18,000 for US selling our own house. I have no idea what she did to earn that money.

On a positive note, the team was very responsive prior to move-in, answering phone calls and text messages in a timely manner. Unfortunately, that level of service dropped significantly once I was in the home. Post-move-in communication was exceptionally poor. I often had to call multiple times without receiving a response, despite the company expecting immediate replies whenever they reached out to me. We also experienced recurring issues with the home's water heater, losing hot water on at least three separate occasions. When we submitted maintenance requests, we were advised to turn up the temperature on the unit. While this provided a temporary fix, the underlying issue kept happening. It was only after sending a stern email and copying the property manager that the problem was finally addressed properly. To make matters worse, upon move-out, we were improperly charged a cleaning fee despite having hired professional cleaners and submitting the receipts directly to Joshua Garza. Joshua was unresponsive regarding the charge, and even after CCing Melisa Day, I still received no reply or resolution to this day. The lack of accountability and communication has been extremely frustrating. If you want to avoid a headache, I recommend to NOT lease through this company.

From the day we moved in, our experience has been disappointing. We've submitted multiple maintenance requests that have either gone unanswered or been marked as completed without anyone ever coming to our home. One of the most concerning issues is a large hole our neighbor's dog dug under the fence, allowing it access to our backyard. I was told they would "look into it, and call me back" but I never received a follow-up. Despite multiple calls, voicemails, and an online work order, the issue remains unresolved weeks later. We also reported an unbalanced ceiling fan that appears unsafe to use. After waiting over two months, I received a notification stating the repair had been completed, even though no one ever came to inspect or fix it. Communication has been extremely poor. Calls are rarely returned, voicemails go unanswered, and it feels nearly impossible to get a response from maintenance, the tenant coordinator, or Property Manager Melisa Day. Another frustration is that because these are new construction townhomes, tenants are expected to coordinate directly with vendors for certain repairs. That responsibility should fall on property management, not the tenant. To make matters worse, there is a significant gnat infestation. Despite paying for private pest control every two months and purchasing Zevo traps at my own expense, the problem persists. After speaking with several neighbors, I learned this is a community-wide issue. My experience has left me feeling that once the lease is signed, tenant concerns are no longer a priority. If you are considering renting here, I encourage you to carefully research the property before making your decision. ( we are very clean people three of those zevos have been there for 5 days, one I just changed yesterday.)

I was looking to move to San Antonio and found Michael Boyd. This purchase was an out of state off site purchase to buy a new home. Michael was nothing but stellar the entire process. He was patient, understanding and sensitive to my needs and ofter times a little frustration at not being able to find a home right away. Michael did not give up and we finally landed the property I purchased We had some challengers along the way with the sellers agent not doing her due diligence or being proactive to get the purchase done and Michael handled these challenges like a true professional. One this that stood out in particular is that Michael ALWAYS answered his phone. He may have said he needed to call me back but he always answered. This is a huge thing with me, especially in todays era where customer service can be, and tends to be very lacking. He was patient, kind and understanding the entire process.
