On the day of the service, Brandon's demeanor was completely different. He was quiet and disengaged. Halfway through the process, I noticed things looked off, his technique didn't resemble any balayage I'd received in the past. My hair was minimally foiled or layered. I showed him the reference photo again, hoping to steer things back on track, but by the time he finished, the results were miles away from what we discussed. The service felt rushed and careless. I left the salon looking nearly identical to how I walked in, aside from a slight root color correction. When I voiced my concerns, Brandon admitted he had rushed the service due to overbooking. We discussed a follow-up appointment to get it fixed, which he framed as a "complimentary touch-up" though let's be honest, it was clearly a redo for a poorly executed job. Still, I gave him another chance, hoping he'd take the opportunity to deliver the quality he had originally promised. Spoiler alert: he didn't. Sahara honestly came in with an attitude and at one point scoffed "there's a lot going on here" (well, yeah, transformations are a big deal). She cut the bangs as shown in the photos which was not what we discussed at all. When I expressed displeasure she went and got a different employee who refused to validate my concerns but tried to clean it up and then hurriedly ushered me out without rescheduling (guess I'm banned now).
