Have had a great experience at Vantastic. Feel like I met new friends. The sales representatives were kind and caring. Easy to deal with. Once we made a purchase, they gave me a 3 hour class in how to work the systems of the vehicle (which was really needed to understand something like that, as a first time RVer). In addition to that, they provided service repairs to the standards that they said they would. This has been a lot of expense and time on their part, and appreciated by me (and at no additional price). I appreciate their sales and service staff. Saw an ad for a small camper van, the ideal size I'm looking for. Emailed twice to get a price and ask a few questions. I never got a response. Finding out price was the first step, since, if it's beyond what I'm willing to pay, there is no point in wasting either of our time. I was in sales for 30 years and the idea of not even responding to a potential customer is shoddy business practice. read more

This is one of the worst places to buy a camper in alb. Don't waste your time, they wont come out to answer questions or help you. Employees clearly saw us and didn't attempt to help us. We left and went down the road and quickly found what we were looking for and PAID cash. read more

Never again will we deal with this RV dealer. Wilson sold us an overpriced piece of junk that he refused to stand behind, one that has been beseieged with never-ending problems. We dearly wish we could have our old RV back. I guess they can see a sucker coming, and boy, oh boy, did we ever fall into that category! We have since sold it to get out from under it and ended up losing over $30000. Coupled with the over-inflated price Wilson demanded, we don't even want to begin to figure out how much in the red we are. I went in with a laundry list of needs- they fixed them all by the time requested. It was pricey -but otherwise satisfied.

The place was pretty good last year. Now they are totally indifferent to service. They have charged me plenty to NOT fix a battery, electrical problems. I have been stranded several times with dead batteries. I just had to buy the 5th battery. They did not pay for the previous defective battery they sold me. I am now out $900 to repair what they didn't. read more

FYI, Wilson never informed me of water damage and mold in a 2010 Pleasureway knowing I was traveling from CA to NM to purchase it. I had been told the van was like new with only 3700 miles. Waste of time and money spent on Amtrak. Buyer Beware. read more

This business did not respond my numerous email requests and/or telephone requests. When I finally did reach someone on the telephone, a male representative named Dan indicated he had no knowledge of my prior written or verbal communications. More importantly, he quickly hung up on me when I stated there appeared to be a communication problem.
