We took our Keystone RV to Myer's in Albuquerque, to repair our a/c unit. Keystone referred us to them. After paying a $500 diagnostic fee and waiting several days we were told they are not a Keystone dealer and do not receive service updates. After. 10 days, In Command sent them instructions on how to fix it. Half an hour later and over $700 our a/c was working. read more

I want to personally thank the service department for my recent experience at Myers RV Center. A recent hail storm knocked the vent covers off my camper roof leaving the interior exposed to the weather. In addition, all the exterior marker lights as well as the taillights were destroyed by the storm. Despite having a full service roster, they were able to squeeze me in, on short notice, thereby saving my seasons elk hunt. Now I know they can't always do this, and most places would not even try. They didn't have to take on this last minute rush job but they did. They even made time to do extra necessary repairs. This is my second exceptional experience with Myers RV Center. Last year they replaced my wheel bearings and brakes. They are professional, trustworthy and do immaculate work. They even vacuumed the debris from inside the trailer, which they totally weren't required to do. I am so grateful to Myers for taking such good care of my camper. And by the way, my rig is an older model. It's not all shiny and new but they treated me like a valued customer just the same. Myers, you have an amazing team and a work ethic that is so rare. I highly recommend Myers RVCenter for all your camper needs. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and they do excellent work. Your team rocks! The communication was flawless. I want to sincerely thank Brian and John at Myers RV for their outstanding customer service and technical abilities in addressing our broken hydraulic slide cylinder support yesterday.We were stranded in Amarillo, Texas, with a broken support block that had sheared off two bolts. The only help we could find was having a mobile tech retract the slide so that we could at least get going and find a permanent solution later. I called Myers RV Center, Customer Service Manager, Brian Parrott, and left a message. Fifteen minutes later, he called back! I was able to explain the problem and sent him pictures and a video. He didn't hesitate to offer his help and advice on the best way to proceed. He gave me the best-case and worst-case scenarios, which I appreciated because I knew the challenges upfront. I told Brian that we had arranged to get help retracting the slide and would be in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the next morning. Brian got us into his shop the next morning by 10:15am, and by roughly 2:00 pm, we were back on the road and headed home to Colorado. John, the technician who worked on our slide, found us in the customer lounge, where we were waiting (and anticipating bad news). He said "it's done and fixed", and you are ready to go!! John explained that he was able to remove the two broken/sheared-off bolts from the metal support block, which allowed him to use the existing hydraulic cylinder assembly and install new bolts. However, the bigger question John had was why the bolts sheared off to begin with. John took the time and made an effort to look for a root cause and discovered that the hydraulic cylinder assembly on our 10-year-old Tiffin Bus had started to sag, most likely creating a binding or tension on the cylinder when it was in retracting or extending mode. John was able to add a foam-padded shim between the frame and hydraulic housing to support the hydraulic assembly better, thereby eliminating the sag and binding. John went one step further, checking the other hydraulic slide assemblies, and recommended supporting one additional hydraulic housing. From the moment I contacted Brian to our face-to-face discussion with John, the technician, in their customer lounge area, I can tell you it was 100% honest and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate us in a way that is unfortunately not the norm in the RV Service Industry today. It's a 3 1/2-hour drive from our home in Colorado to Myers RV in Albuquerque, but they have more than earned our future business with the kindness and professionalism they extended to us. After asking questions about some work that was done on my rv I was kicked off their property. Being a single lady, I have never been so poorly treated, getting service performed on my rig. I went in to get a bunch of stuff fixed and immediately encountered Dustin's attitude was, "Well Im not sure we can do that and I don't think I can get those parts in." My experience went downhill from there. I do know Dustin went into the hospital a day after this, so I am not sure if he was not OK or if this is his demeanor. I learned this was his demeanor. I asked before I left, on that first day to have an estimate emailed to me. I asked again, and 2 weeks later I had to ask again, finally got an incomplete estimate. Never did Dustin measure any doors I needed replaced, instead he called me to do this myself. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL is that. It turns out they ordered the wrong parts for a door strut and the door I measured. I found this out 4 WEEKS later. I waited in Albuquerque to get this work done. Now, I am traveling America in my rv and I let them know I have limited time in Albuquerque. No one said the delivery of many of the parts I needed would take 4-8 weeks. In fact parts did not get ordered for an entire week, and I was not asked if maybe I would like to rush the parts. Brian, the service manager said to me, "You should have known to ask us to rush them." So he put his lack of customer service on me. It was my fault. The owner of the rv dealer told me it was my fault they ordered the wrong door part because I measured it after I left on that initial day. WOOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWW It only gets worse from here. The day after I picked my rv up and I find out my rv is not repaired as promised, I spoke with Mr. Meyers on the phone, as mentioned Come to find out they did not remove my slide to replace a roller underneath. They lifted my slide up and made a big bump in my floor. I wonder what happened to the top of my slide? More to follow,asI research this damage. read more

Our slide out on our RPod 202 started going in and out crooked. Myers was the closest dealer. I filled out their online form and the service department called shortly after. We said we could be in the area Thursday evening. They made us an appointment for 8:30 on Friday. Beyond my expectations. Super friendly. We showed up Friday, dropped off the trailer, went about our day, and when it was ready they called us to pick it up. They verified with us the slide was fixed but then walked us through why it may happen again. Very thorough and easy to understand explanation. I am so impressed with this dealership. Beware! This dealer has at least one employee who steals from their customers. And the owners refuse to recognize the issue. We had a laptop missing after our RV was in for service. I'm not naive enough to expect to recover the laptop but I did expect the owner to take it seriously and investigate. Instead they dismissed us and actually insinuated that we never had a laptop. Had a great experience with the Myers RV service Dept. Pulled into our camping spot the night prior. Attempted to extend the living/dining room slide only to find that one side was coming out faster than the other. Tried for hours to correct the issue ourselves with no success. Arrived at Myers before 8am. Spoke with the fine folks in service and to my surprise they took our Diesel Pusher in immediately. We left in our toad and checked out some of the Breaking Bad locations around town. Came back in a couple hours and they were done! Turned out to that the slide needed to be synced. Very unpleasint expierance once we got to the Business Manager (Scott Pierce) who submitts the application he seemed very biest and acted like we werent rich enough for his efforts. Then he submits the app to the wrong financial institute and wonders why its did not get accepted. After the fact he tells us once he submitts the app he cant submit it any were else. FUNNY HOW WE WERE APPROVED AT OTHER LOCATIONS THAT DAY when we were shopping around with One of the main credit union that most of the rv dealers all use. Mountain credit union. Dont wast your time unless you show up wearing some Gucci driving a Maybach RESPONSE BY THE OWNER.. We are not a lending institution and we do not approve or deny applications. We chose a lender and submitted your application based upon the information provided on your credit application and collected from your credit bureau. Any decision made was by the lender, not us. It is our understanding that information you gave us on your credit application differs from the information you used to receive an approval elsewhere. TO THE "OWNERS" RESPONSE. Listen ("owner" John Myers) I don't work for you, you work for the Customer. I shouldn't have to do your guises job during the application process. Your finance/business guy asked us if there was any "specific" lenders we wanted to use or don't and I specified and the finance/business guy sent it to the wrong bank anyways who i specified not to send to becuase I already have my vehicles with and know that they specifically wont approve a luxury item there on top of my auto loan but could with Mountain credit union. If your guys would pay attention to the customer and not to how fat your pockets will get on the sale he would have submitted to the correct bank. For the record if that's not how it works with you then why ask us and submit to wrong bank to begin with. It very obvious that your tactic with responses is to strictly defend your guys as "saints" and that you guys couldn't possibly make mistakes. Your priority should have been to address the bad customer service and making people feel uncomfortable during the process, you did not address that at all and have made it very evident of your business agenda. Keep banking on that 40 year defense you keep spewing on the other bad reviews like the theft of a laptop as well as being in denial and you wont make it past the 40 years for much longer considering your lot was dead the whole time we were there. read more

If they would have just called me to discuss we could have avoided several problems. My RV manufacturer recommended them and they couldn't even handle the recall problem. Sad, just sad. Very poor and expensive service. They charge 160 dollars an hour regardless of the job - no half hour rates. Fixed a leaking jack but didn't refill the hydraulic fluid - charged an extra 160 dollars + 17.00 for the fluid! Worked on my bedroom slide out and left a mess in the rig. I am not usually negative but if you are looking for ANY work to be done on your rig, look elsewhere. This outfit makes Camping World look good. read more

Interesting that I wrote this a little over 2 years ago and it just posted now, not sure what happened. In any event it doesn't change the original review. I will add that we did not have to pay for the microwave repair, I had called the manufacturer (Forest River) and they paid for the repair again as a good will gesture although I sent them the repair bill from the first time it was supposedly fixed and the repairs the service writer said it needed (same repair). I appreciate the response from Myers RV but I stated a problem so who I am or what 5th isn't relevant, what is, is that management take a hard look at what is happening in their service department, sales I'm sure are fine. Customers should not have to call the manufacture themselves to get any resolve to a repeated problem/ repair. Had to call them for all the repairs it had been taken in for. read more

At first, they seem like a great place (they certainly love dogs) but then....they do not admit to making mistakes. I had to tell them on two different issues what they needed to do to complete the troubleshooting. Then they lost my wheel chocks and denied it. No bit deal cost-wise, but when you are miles away without them that is a problem. If they are dishonest about something so small, then what else? I will no longer do business with them. read more

After purchasing our 2013 Light Open Ranger, we returned to the dealership with several issues. Our biggest issue was the lock on the trailer and the keys for the door and cargo area. We felt that these issues were not resolved and we were thrown under the bus. We have since fixed these items on our own money. After a disastrous six month experience at another RV repair service, I took my RV to Myers RV Center to see if they could put it back together and repair the extensive damage caused by the first firm. Myers' service director Scott Hardesty and one of Myers' technicians made a thorough assessment of the damage, the needed repairs, and all the repair options. They were able to complete all repairs within six weeks and at a very reasonable cost. Scott Hardesty kept me informed of the progress and any issues that cropped up; he even drove to the train station to pick me up when the job was completed. My wife and I purchased a 2016 Newmar Ventana with Myers. After numerous attempts to fix it, one time it just sat on their lot until I needed it again, the unit is now at the factory to get fixed. It has been in the shop for over 160 days and Myers has all but washed their hands of it saying it is not their fault but Newmar's and Freightliner. They were no help to try and resolve the issue and it did not appear to be that big of a deal to them. Just want to pass along a good word for Meyers RV service ... we discovered while on a trip that little critters have been eating lunch on our windshield washer hoses...we were heading into some heavy rains so stopped and talked with Brian..a service manager and he said he would try and work us in for repairs....two hours later as we were leaving I mentioned that our backup camera was not working...he graciously said he would take a look and sure enough he fixed that problem and even printed out a 70 page manual on that system for us as we didn't have one to refer to. Several different experiences bringing in my older RV for repairs. Asked to replace solenoid along with some other repairs. Repair consisted of hitting the solenoid rather than replacing as requested. The electrical system was totally inoperable after that - after which I had to pay several hundred dollars again to get it finally replaced. Then the backup camera wasn't working - but had been when I brought it in. In good faith I asked them to repair it- which cost another chunk of hundred dollar bills (they said it was the cable but when I looked at the cable it did not look damaged at all). When it was brought in again for another problem, the RV sat at Myers for 4 weeks without getting just an estimate on repairs (they were supposed to be working with an insurance company). I don't think I'll be doing any more business with Myers. read more

We were on our way to Mesa, when we got hit by a surprise ice storm overnight in Tucumacari, New Mexico. Our furnace wasn't working, and all of our water lines froze. When we were finally able to get out of Tucumacari, we headed to Albuquerque to get our 35 foot trailer repaired. We called Myers RV, and they took us in immediately. Fixed our furnace, found a problem with our water heater and fixed that as well. They put the trailer in their heated garage overnight so that the water lines could thaw completely, found two leaks, and fixed those as well. Brian, the tech who we dealt with there couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. He called Xtra Ride, where we had our extended warranty and worked with those people to keep our costs down. Everyone we spoke with at Myers was extremely friendly, and Brian went over and beyond to help us and get us back on the road as soon as possible. We had a mixed experience. Salesman Ken was responsive to my requests and arranged for our stay at a nearby KOA at Meyers expense. Bradley helped move our belongings from the old Fifth Wheel to the new one. Paul and Dave drove over to our parking spot to check out my concern with the clearance between the hitch and tow truck bed. Jeff quickly responded when I told him 3 days before we picked up the trailer that we would be licensing it in Arizona. However, we paid $495 for dealer prep and didn't get much value for that fee; all 4 tires were 20 pounds under inflated, the drain tube on the frig was not directed outside the trailer and had the plug still in it, the white paint on the hitch they use to identify the trailer was not removed and the black and grey tank valves were in the open position. Also be aware of their pitch that New Mexico law allows you to license and tax the RV in New Mexico. We are residents of Arizona where New Mexico laws do not apply. I researched AZ vehicle laws and talked with people at the local ADOT office. We had to title and register it in AZ. Myers is not familiar with AZ's procedures and I had to do the leg work of obtaining the title for the trailer we traded in. read more
