Being a casual smoker and glass collector i would not recommend going here at all. They up charge everything and try to make you pay more. For example when i walked in i asked for a pen battery and when i asked whats the cheapest one he kept replying "what are you trying to spend" and then priced a 5 dollar battery at 20 dollars. The quality is cheap and the prices are horrible. Its a shop thats just trying to make money while they are open for the time being. I would recommend driving the extra 5 minutes down the road to BC Smokeshop, Smokin J's, Smoke Dreams, Smoke Alley to see a way better selection and price range with people who actually know the smoking game and will care about your experience. I absolutely never go out of my way to downplay any business but this one has an exception, this is the first time I've downloaded Yelp/made and account for any app to make a review. It's ironic how the store is named "High End" considering the pathetically low quality vape I bought. Not only the puffbar (plus) was an outrageous 25 dollars but it was also a replica. Only after a few hits from the vape and it starts tasting burnt. I took it apart to find that it had the battery of a normal puffbar (the small battery lasting less) along with that it also had no visible juice in the cartridge/cylinder. It's tragic because I know they are aware of this, they surely buy in bulk from China and make 5x profit on these despicable vapes. With out a doubt, I am never going to go back to that place. I guess I'm to blame for my untimely addiction for nicotine but if anyone else is considering getting vapes from here... I imperatively suggest you don't. Nicotine itself is unhealthy, but if you are using a falsely made replica who knows what other chemicals are in that grossly replicated vape. I hope the owners or managers read this so they can learn, and I hope who ever reads this also takes my comment into consideration. Turns out they sold me the display model and would not give a refund OR order a replacement for it. They claimed it was the battery; swapped the battery and it still has the same problems. I explained to them that the mod was acting weird when plugged in WITHOUT the battery. Still no refund. No replacement. It's now a $110 paper weight. I found the same mod online for 50% less than what these crooks sold me. That's my absolutely my fault, but the least these guys could do was replace the broken mod with a working one...NOT argue with me in the store that's it's the battery when the problem is clearly with the mod. Charged me ~170 for a Juul starter kit and 4 extra Juul pod packs. I was an idiot and didnt check how expensive it should of been (overcharged by ~$30 compared to what Juul sells on the website and other places). The next week I returned an unopened pod pack and swapped it for a flavor I liked and purchased another... Somehow swapping a pod pack and buying another one is more expensive than buying 2 pod packs off of Juul by about $20 (price should be ~$30, I was charged $37.. and that included a return). I wasn't told that there were no returns so I went to my car and called a different shop to see how much they charged and when I found out I was right & that it was in the EXACT same packaging I walked back into the store not even 2 minutes later to try and return but I was told they had a no return policy. They told me if I were to go to Walmart I can't just go back and return something so why would I be able to there??? I'm sorry... this makes absolutely no sense?
