They have a nice selection of juices. However juice would be all I would buy from them and that's until I find another juice I really like. The guys that work here all have that "vape bro" vibe. Purchased a hookah pen here. It stopped working 6 weeks later and the store manager refused to replace. He said there is a 14 day warranty. Funny thing is I went to the store on 92 next to goodwill first because I thought I purchased there. They looked over the device to see what problem could've been and then proceeded to just exchange until it was realized that I didn't purchase from them. This use to be my go to store, cool people working there and friendly, however, I went once to pick up my usual order. One of the owners was there and was the "rude" one everyone keeps talking about. I barely stepped in the door and he was already snarky and mean and talking to me like I was a child... I'm 42 years old. I stepped right back out and will not return. Can not justify giving rude owners any of my money or business. I will not support this store anymore. They lost a solid customer in less than 1 min. I have no idea what these people are talking about when they say the staff is rude. I have been there a couple time and everyone is always super nice and helpful. Went today looking to try some "new" house juice. They asked what kind of flavor I like and proceeded to name off their juices I might like and the flavor profile of each one. They have some incredible third party juice but their house juice keeps up with some of the best brands in the industry. Terrible customer service, Vapes were over price, & juices were ok. Only visited this place once because it was the closest vape shop to home, & by the first impression I will not be coming back. Not because of the over price vape (Because i wasn't looking to buy any) or the juices, since I wouldn't mind driving 5 min for juices, but the customer service was so terrible compare other vape shop. The staff gave the impression that they were above you and they were to good for you. Well I don't want to say staff, I rather say an individual. But first impression is everything, & if vape city continue to keep these individual around then their future wont look so bright because they'll loose out on potential customers.
