So, the problem with my favorite hookah place in alllll of METRO ATL is that only ONE staff member is empowered to make your buying experience a good one. The other guy, Cameron is very, very nice, and a total gentleman, but bless his heart, he lets SO much money walk out the door! First time I go in ready to buy my monthly re-up and use the infamous Yelp coupon. Turns out, it's not good on shisha (notice in my previous review, it WAS good on shisha, and I was encouraging you all to rush right over!!), which it does NOT indicate. Anyway, instead of offering me something, i had like $90 worth of shisha on the counter, dude lets me walk out with one little box of $5 shisha. Two days later, I call for my guy, Anthony. I'm ready again for my monthly re-up. I want to know about specials on a particular brand. Again, this guy tells me he's not authorized and says I'll have to call back or come by when my guy is there at 5p. Lol! No. I'm on my lunch break. By that time, I'll be at my number 2 spot, where I'll spend maybe $5 in total more, but I can shop on MY time schedule. I LOVE XHale, but get it together. TERRIBLE! I walked in looking to buy a piece on crutches, something these guys wouldn't know as they didn't even look up when I walked in. I spent about five minutes looking with no help and had to basically demand someone come tell me a price. A good minute later I finally got a response. Thank you! AVOID THIS OVERPRICED STORE! I went in to get some vape supplies and the clerk had very little knowledge of their inventory. I can get the same stuff for less at other shops and their employees actually know what they're talking about. Great store and great employees except for the one dude that decides to eat his lunch at the front desk and then acted like a child and yelled at the whole store throwing a hissy fit when ppl were asking him questions while he was eating. I completely understand respecting a lunch break but if you're going to throw a fit about people asking questions (which is very unprofessional) then maybe don't eat at the front desk on 4/20 your most busy day. However, when I walked in, I had to walk around aimlessly before an employee finally asked if he can help me. Then, I told him what I was looking for. He asks me what my price range is then goes, "Please don't tell me it's $25." What?? This made me pretty mad, since that was my price range because I'm a broke college student. Went into this location a month and a half ago looking to get a Palm as well as sourin air pods. The employees told me they would put the items on hold for me. I went out of town for a week and came back and they still were out of stock. After that I went to another shop to get the air pod however had to continue to wait on the Palm. I never hear from them and go in to get some juice so I decided to ask about the Palm however I guess they sold out of the color I had put on hold. I just don't get what the problem is". selling the cheap china vapes and oils for sky high prices. They lack any quality oils.

Beware of some of their "CBD" products! Their OrganRX e-liquids and oils are not authentic CBD. It is made with synthetic cannabinoids. Don't be fooled by the ingredients list! CBD products are not regulated by the FDA so the authenticity of the ingredients almost always go unchecked. Go online and research OrganRX and you will find almost nothing about the product or even anyone selling it! That's a big red flag. This product also produces a VERY noticeable intense "high". Authentic CBD will not give you ANY "high" feeling besides being relaxed and anxiety free. Synthetic cannabinoids are dangerous and can cause dependency and withdrawal symptoms. Wow, this place. I came in to buy an ecigarette vapor pen for my essential oils. They sold me a battery and the pen attachment separately. Well, come to find out they don't work together. Instead of replacing the battery with one that works she (Amal I think her name was) tried to sell me a brand new kit, and refused to refund or exchange the defective pieces. Instead of making it right - and my god, how simple it would be- she refused.
