This is a nice vape shop located in a plaza that gets busy, so parking isn't easy at all. The shop itself is clean and even has a beautiful big Christmas tree inside! Stumbled in here to Vape First, after watching the game at Godfathers this past weekend. I had just received a new Aegis X mod in, and needed to swing by to see Will for some new 18650 batteries. He was able to get me setup and locked in with fresh batteries and juice in a jiffy. The store fragrance was incredible and we'll definitely be using them for fresh mods, juice and batteries in the future. They are conveniently located off First and Newport in the City of Tustin. Will was very friendly and kind to us and we'll definitely be back and referring customers who also vape. What an amazing business! Personal service and great prices. Edgar is fantastic! I'd always wanted to try CBD for my 17 year old and partially paralyzed cat, Gary. First, I'd like to say that Gary does "walk" but sometimes his legs give out and if he's laying too long in one position and tries to get up he'll drag himself until I say, "Kick your leg out!" He then sturdies himself with his stronger leg and gets back on his feet! Edgar listened to me explain Gary's condition and my concerns about his joints that are developing arthritis and recommended the perfect product! He was so wonderful and personable. I was there for quite a while just talking with him about cats and life in general! I can't think of a business I've ever had such a wonderful experience with where the employees are just great people!!! The prices are fantastic and the shop is immaculate! To me that says so much about how everyone who works there takes great pride in their job and want the customers to have a great experience! I didn't feel silly asking questions and was given valuable information about how to use the CBD. Oh my stars! I got home and gave Gary his "medicine" and it worked perfectly! He felt so much better and became more affectionate because he was feeling better! Edgar helped give me my baby back! Gary used to stand on his hind legs and reach up for pets and he's doing that again!!! Gary now does this goofy thing where he'll stop walking and use his one hind leg to scratch his belly for a few seconds! He told me they had a deal on the juice I bought but when I got to the register, I didn't feel like I got that deal I was supposed to. Seemed like opportunistic pricing 3. It was clean and organized Suggestions: WRITE DOWN YOUR PRICES ON EVERYTHING. You can put a sign or place card showing the brand, specials infront of your inventory. Do deals for first timers. Really nice and friendly dude, I was looking to buy a vape mod and CBD juice for the first time. The guy was very well knowledgeable and explained to me everything I needed to know about CBD and vaping it. He helped me set up the mod and showed me how to do it. Was in a jam: Bought the wrong coils for my RPM40 online thinking i had a different tank. Current coil was all but burnt out. Vape First didnt have the replacement tank I wanted but let me know he'll be getting some soon, and gave me a sample replacement coil to tie me over.
