I heard about this place from a friend, and decided to do my research on this site and many others to determine if it's worth the time to drive a little extra for 'great customer service' as my bud and many other shops claim they have. Reading a rather hateful comment on this site, I decided to take my buddies word and drive down. I feel terribly sorry for the 'Leo D' who had a negative experience with this shop, because I have absolutely nothing bad to say! I am not an early riser whatsoever, and since most of us do have full time job, I love the hours of operation of 12pm - 10pm most days of the week(and till midnight on fridays/saturdays!) which leaves PLENTY of time after work to get some premium juices or try one of they're 40 odd samples for future purchases, (and they say they are getting even more!). For the record, I don't like giving reviews, and rarely feel a company deserving of one, so just keep this in mind when you read the following.
First Experience: I had a very annoying issue with a Kangertech Subox Mini - the tank base being warped, so I took it to them, and they were super helpful in spending over an hour getting it to work again. So I purchased some awesome juices including 12 monkeys 'Mangabeys' juice and went on my mango-ey way. It lasted for a while, but when it failed again, he remembered my face 2 weeks later and asked specifically about my issue, and after not being able to fix it - he gave me a new tank entirely because he appreciated all my business, and he hoped this gesture would save me as a customer with all my troubles I was having. That new tank also had a manufacture defect, and took it back a few days later, only to find the exact same issue was at play. Again, he went out of the way and gave me an awesome deal on an Aspire Atlantis 2 tank for $25! Saying he will sort out what he can with Kangertech and to not worry about it (Which to this day - a week later, I still feel bad for accepting). This alone has guaranteed my loyalty.

Then, there's the juice selection. Like I said previously, (and i may be under-exaggerating here), they had 40 unique juices on display alone that all showed premium quality or were from reputable brands (12 Monkeys, U-Turn, Sinister Phogg, and Snozz to name a few) - all with a couple different batteries to try and all in separate Aspire tanks. Options were clearly labeled with the bottles directly behind the tanks with matching numbers just in case, which made it easy as that delicious -Sinister Phogg Apple Pie- to find the juices I liked.
Any questions I had during any of my visits regarding benefits/choices of the batteries, coils, tanks, or juices were answered with confidence or were looked up to ensure they weren't making anything up, and I always left with confidence knowing what I bought, I would love.
side note: It also helped that they are also into cars, and they have been in the modified/racing scene that, many of my questions about auto repair, trade tips, and general tuning knowledge were also answered!
All in all, I know this was a long review, but I felt I needed to rebut any negative comments on this shop and it's owners in regards to customer service especially. They have couches to chill and vape while having conversation or trying new juices, with water as well for customers. The hours make complete sense for this type of establishment, and I am so happy they stay open later then most if not all other shops I've even been too. The few times I have been there, I feel as if they are actually trying to connect with me on a friend level, rather then just telling me to buy and get out - like many other shops just down the road, and they actually try to help fix the issue without costing you(the customer) a dime. I have never left Vape Invaders dissatisfied, and I can guarantee that this is truly a one of a kind shop, run by genuine people with a un-paralleled sense of 'Customer Service'.
