First time here and I'm impressed! Because of the Covid-19 you have to order online or call in your order bc they don't have everything online. Me and my wife visited this establishment for the first time. The minute we walked in we were greeted by the workers. They were helpful and knowledgeable at their products (ie: liquids, devices, membership card). Location is very convenient in the beginning of Kapolei by the freeway on and off ramp, next to jack in the box and Shel gas station. Workers took the time to help me and was very patient being it was our first time there. Prices are very good and affordable. They did a great a great job and not pressuring me to buy anything and letting me shop at my convenience. I've been to a couple other vape shops on the island but I've had the best experience at this location. I've purchased smok brand products before and was never really satisfied with that brand but the previous shops I went to kept recommending that brand. Keanu helped me as soon as I came in to the shop. He walked me thru the different options and helped me find the right setup for my needs. Apparently I interrupted the guy who works there who was sitting on a stool. I just needed coils and wanted to try some juice (never bought juice from them) but I didn't remember the mgs I usually buy.
