ABSOLUTELY THE BEST VAPE STORE IN ROCKFORD! The selection of products is incredible. They have everything from reasonably priced starter kits to top of the line authentic mods. They offer an in house juice in something like 64 different flavors that is far superior to any I have tried (and paid significantly more for) There's even an in house premium dripping juice that's 90/10. I cannot say enough about their customer service. The owners Adam and Jeremy are always there and incredibly helpful. The whole staff is very knowledgeable but doesn't treat you like you're stupid like some shops I've visited. this is for the loves Park location. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location over the last two or three years. i've never had any issues with anything or anyone until today. I recognized a new employee and not for good reasons. there were two employees, one helping another guest and then this guy. this guy stands there, took his time before he said with attitude ," what can I get you.. buuud? " after 5 minutes. I ignored him because I wanted to wait and be helped by someone else. he muttered something under his breath and repeated himself. I said "no thank you I'll wait". he said something under his breath again and i said something rude back. then he comes from behind the counter and goes to a back room while passing me and talking smack. when I had something to say back, the hero cashier with the moral high ground made me leave. good luck with that yattone guy, im done with vape n juice. read more

Came here to avoid having to learn about coils and shit on my new vape rig. Went there with it, asked about coils. Person working looked at me and said, "yeah we got that". Get home to use it, hardly even close to the same size coil. Now there is juice on my couch, and I still don't have any fresh coils. You go in these places even though they cost more to save time on buying stuff on the internet and getting the wrong stuff. Yet here I am, with the wrong stuff AND overpaid for it. read more

I was caught off guard by the price of a replacement glass for my tank. . Huge mark up. what great customer service went there to replenish my juice and had an issue . They made sure that I was happy and we're extremely kind and helpful. The issue was my fault by the way. I rarely write reviews and if I do it is when I am dissatisfied. I don't think I have ever been so satisfied with the customer service I recieved. I walked in to Vape-n-Juice as a complete newb. The guys there were incredibly helpful and informative. They asked about my tobacco uses and described the various options that they thought I would be interested in. It wasn't just about selling me expensive gear, and in fact they tried to down-sell me on the cheapest starter kit in the store. I ended up going with a ~$40 kit, which they assembled and filled for me as well. They showed me how to use the device and told me how to maintain it. They also let you sample any flavor in the store at the "flavor bar" (for lack of better term). Their attitude toward me was more about helping me quit using tobacco then it was about making money off me. These guys are great and the store is a fun place to visit. I will be going back often. I wish more stores operated like this. read more

Best vape shop in Rockford or the Parks hands down. I refuse to go anywhere but here anymore they are my favorite. The loves park and Rockford locations are both superb. Highly recommended you won't be dissapointed. They have everything that you need. All their stuff is faulty, or dies out within a week. Don't go here... they just take your money and run. Go to other vapor shops that actually care about what they're selling to customers, and properly explain how each item works... not just handing it over and saying "There you go. Went to the one in Loves Park to get some supplies for someone else. The person behind the counter that was helping me was vaping and blowing smoke in my face as I was trying to tell him what I needed. Not sure on why he felt compelled to smoke right at that moment he was helping someone. I did not think it was professional at all to be blowing smoke in someone's face especially a customer. Not impressed at all. If he needed to vape he could of waited the 5 minutes it took me to get the supplies. It wasn't like it was busy- I was the only one in the store. I went to the one located in Janesville, WI. Sadly I was not pleased. I normally smoked about a pack or more a day Newport 100's. I told the guy I wanted something that had menthol in it...Something close to that of a Newport. Well I got something with very little mint in it.
