I've never had issues going to this store until today. All other employees are great except for the one who literally tried to pick a fight with me for no reason. Came and checked out this spot for their opening and this shop is awesome. It's in a great location in GVR and next to a cannabis shop (perfect locations for correlating businesses). The shop was super clean, the counter tops are awesome and they have massive display cases full of different products. The staff is super knowledgeable and even helped me pick out a new set up. I got organix honey dew which is bomb since it has that hint of menthol. They are the best priced vape shop in LV. They also treat the locals good, which is consistent with their other locations in Vegas. They have a lot of the OG brands like OMG and the owners are super sweet and great to their customers. Definitely will be back, especially if they have any more events! They even had genkiyaki (bomb!) catering tacos. read more

I ordered online so this review is not about any in-store experience. So the first issue which is very common when shopping online was the mod color and tank I was able to purchased were somehow sold out. My issue isn't with being sold out, it's that I had call them to find this out days later. So the guy on the phone was helpful/courteous. He offered a different color for the same mod and a comparable tanks. Due to the whole COVID19 shutdown I understand businesses having to make changes etc. but communication is key, in my opinion. So immediately after ending the call I checked the tracking and now I finally see that there's an shipping label printed at the post office. Two whole days later the package has no tracking info and the USPS status still says its waiting for a package for the label printed. I don't want to be that guy but cmon. I want to support local businesses but I purchased this 2am Thursday morning and late Monday afternoon the package still hasn't been accounted for at their local post office. At the very least they should implement some kind of in-house process notification system so customers can know the status or stage their order is in. I can only wonder how long it would have taken someone to contact me and let me know about being out of the product I originally ordered. read more

He changed my coil, glass, and he even switched my glass bottled juice to a plastic bottle so it wouldn't break, and put the label from the glass bottle on the new plastic one he switched over for me. I drive a little bit farther to go here because they were the first people I called and the employee on the phone was super nice. I got here and the employee working was super sweet. Immediately helped me, got me the coils I needed , explained the differences in the coils so I got the right ones, and even gave me some juice recommendations. I ended up picking up Air Factory's Kookie Krunch! I've never had it but I'm sure I'll love it. 10/10 experience and I'll be coming back here for all my vape needs even though it's a little bit farther. I wanted to get a device to use and just happened to stumble across this place as I was leaving town. I was so lost in what I needed, but luckily I came in and the kid working was super friendly and knowledgeable, I believe his name was Ivan? They have lots of different "mods" and flavor juices. He was even so sweet as to help me set up my new toy and explain all the stuff that goes along with it and even wrote out the things that I would probably forget.
