There is nothing terribly wrong with this vape shop, I just have a certain expectation when purchasing vape products that were not met which did not sit well with me. They do not make their juice in house, it is made at a central warehouse and then distributed to their locations. The person there helping me did not know when it was made and didn't seem very caring to my questions about that, which is off-putting. If you want to taste your juice before you buy it? Get ready to be charged for each flavor you'd like to taste. The staff was nice and helped me with what flavors most people enjoy, so that was a plus, however the price and set up of this company was not to my liking. It is definitely over priced. Elephant Vapor does it again providing top quality service with a top quality staff! I use to live by UNLV and I would always go to the Elephant Vapor on that side of town (which by the way is also a great store) but recently moving to this area, I was more than happy to find out they had just opened this store which is around the corner from me. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and Christian who was more than welcome to letting me in even though I was about 10 minutes early from the store opening. They provided amazing customer service by sharing recommendations of flavors to try out, carefully listening to certain wants and needs to better help me, providing a lot of a knowledge and trust me these guys are very knowledgeable. Another thing that I really love about this store is they have a testing session. Ryan and Christian explained to me is that they give you a test session card with 8 box slots. When you come in the store they date one of the boxes and you're good to go and try as much flavors as you please before buying a bottle. The test card is only $1.00 that's it and you have 8 sessions which should last you quite a bit of time.
