Instead of offering any real help, he tried to upsell her a vape that cost double what she originally paid, without even considering an exchange or discount. She never asked for anything free--just a fair solution. Then out of nowhere, he raised his voice and called her a bitch. Totally uncalled for. We're honestly confused by the positive reviews unless they're about the guy who helped her the first time--he was kind and respectful. But the owner? Completely unprofessional. Based on what I witnessed, he doesn't deserve anyone's business.

Based on my experience with other smoke shops, most places will help you out if you bring something back that doesn't work, especially if you're willing to pay the difference for an upgrade. I went back in hoping for that kind of customer service. Instead, I got treated like a liar and disrespected beyond belief. First, the guy behind the counter tried to claim they didn't even sell the battery I had--something I literally bought there three days prior. I pointed out the exact case it came from, and only then did he acknowledge it. I offered to pay the difference for a better one, but he insisted I pay full price even after admitting the one he sold me was broken. When I politely asked why I'd be paying full price for something to replace a defective item from his shop, he snapped and told me "that's not how smoke shops work"--which is not true at all in my experience. I've never had a problem like this at any other shop. Eventually, I was able to get a slightly better battery at half-price, but only after unnecessary back-and-forth. Then it got really unprofessional: when I said he could keep the broken vape battery instead of reselling it to someone else, he sarcastically said, "Send your friends in, I'll sell it to them," and then--unprovoked--told me to get the f*** out and called me a "b****." He even yelled at his dog aggressively during the encounter. The whole experience was disturbing and completely inappropriate. Bottom line: This place sells defective products, refuses to stand by what they sell, and the person running it is hostile, unprofessional, and rude. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. There are plenty of smoke shops in town that actually value their customers--this is NOT one of them.
