Service can be great, even amazing at times but this smoke shop seems to never have anything in stock. One day "they're fully stocked" and the next everything is sold out. Like it just doesn't make any sense, especially if I've been told by multiple workers that there's only 2 of us that buys this specific item. They're about to lose a constant loyal customer, if they can't get their crap together and reorder items before they run out. Plain and simple! I've discovered this smoke shop a few months ago and have drove across town (multiple times in a week) just to come to this shop and 3 out of 10 times they don't even have what I need. Please beware, I was an advocate of this place until I brought my second vape that stopped working randomly. I took my vape in to discuss and I was shunned by the guy working in the mornings. He said " he can not exchange or even look at products that are defective" I am no longer an advocate & will never purchase anything from this company. They carry some great cannabis vaporizers. I highly recommend the Yocan XL PLUS and the Evolve 2.0. I'd give 5 if they stocked more pods for the evolve. The owner was happy to pull an extra pod from another device, but that was a band-aid fix. They need to carry more in stock. I will say this. They have A LOT of other accessories for other devices, so maybe I just had bad luck. But I did check back 3 times over the course of a month. I just needed up buying yocan stuff directly. These guys are excellent, easily the best vape shop in town. The selection is always on point for juice, devices, coils, ect. The owner is a real stand up guy running a small business and I am happy to be supporting him over the past 3-4 years and will continue to in the future. You can always find a better price online for everything in the world but online you can't find good people and also help support a small business in our community. The amount of service, knowledge, and straight up good people are the reason it's important to go in to a store. Supporting small businesses is the least we can do in the country. If you have no issue with buying faulty products without the possibility of being able to return or exchange them, then by all means shop here. I have purchased many products (juice, carts, vapes) and within the last few months two were faulty. When I had gone back to the store on two separate occasions I was told to come in on a later date to potentially exchange them. This was not in fact the case but instead a dragging out of the situation hoping I would not return to exchange the products; a complete waste of my time. This being the closest shop to me, I have now decided to travel an additional 10 mins just to avoid this location and I would recommend any potential customers to do the same. read more

Update: I went back the following day because I was having issues with my coil. The guy who helped me out was very informative, fixed the coil and he sold me a second setup with a Kanger Subox mini starter kit. Now I have two different setups and several juices to vape for variety. You can walk in to the store and try multiple juices easily. They have a nice selection of locally made juices as well as brand name ones. **************************** Recently I've taken an interest in vaping and I had a really nice experience buying my first vaporizer here. I appreciated being greeted by a woman with a smile who didn't wince at my stupid questions and managed to educate me without being condescending. It was also nice to see someone I felt I could identify with and not a 20 year old with a flippant attitude. The shop is cozy and inviting. It's not a giant impersonal emporium that overwhelms a newbie with choices. In order to help me, she asked me general questions at first and then she showed me some options. I wanted something cigarette-like but that doesn't exist. So I opted for a long pen-like eGo-C Twist battery and a Mustank Clearomizer. I picked up an e-liquid made by Plume Sauce and she helped me get everything assembled. Being in my 40s and a non-smoker for the most part, I don't exactly have a group of friends I can ask about vaping. After my purchase, I charged up the battery and gave it a try. I love it! I'm now researching online what flavors I want next and Smok'n carries some of them so I'll definitely be back. Compared to other vape stores, this place is really comfortable and easy to shop. Stopped in to Smok'n Hot Vapors today to get a new battery for my e-cig setup. The store is nice, clean, and well-lit. They carry a nice selection of start up kits, batteries, and other vaping accessories. They do not make e-liquid mixes on site; however, they do carry a variety of flavors that are created by another local business. Right now, the e-liquids they carry are a 60/40 PG/VG mix. After talking with the owner, she was going to look into possibly carrying 100% VG (PG free) e-liquid for people who have a PG allergy like myself. This is a new, locally owned business and I hope they do well. Reasonable prices and super friendly people. I will definitely be back for batteries and e-cig accessories. Update: 8/3/2014 They now carry a line of 100% PG Free eLiquids from Vape Kitchen. Right now the number of flavors is a bit limited but are working on getting more flavors in. I bought the Juicy Pear, Blackberry Cucumber Mint, and Toasted Hazelnut. Yum! These eLiquids are pretty thick, like 100%VG juices are, but I do love them. I will be looking in to getting some drip atomizers to use them in as they clog up my Kanger ProTech cartos in a day or so. read more

Worst vape shop in town. My husband didn't like a battery unit that he got there due to button placement so he returned that one. The new one won't charge right so he took it back and they won't replace it because he brought the first one back. Now he is stuck with a battery unit that won't charge and only works if you change the batteries. So hopefully he doesn't have to do an external charge and has batteries charged. Bad business to not stand behind what you sell. Luckily there are more places in town that will. Visible used for a few days lol. That's a good one, how would be know it wouldn't charge if he didn't try it. Oh well buyer beware. read more

The juice here is disgusting... I ran out and they were nearby so I made the mistake of giving them a shot... I tried a bunch of flavors and they were all flavorless or just tasted cheap.. plus the girl helping me keep over saturating the cotton so I ended up with juice all over my hands and the rda's being very slurpy and spitty when I tried them . There are other places with good prices and far superior Juice.. I don't know why but I decided to go with the snicker doodle, fruitie patootie and berry crunch, all in 3mg nicotine but even that got screwed up I ended up with 2 0's. So the snickerdoodle juice is just nasty, no flavor, tastes cheap. The fruitie patootie again just tastes very cheap and unappetizing..and while I was in the store I noticed the ridiculous prices they charge for tanks, kits, etc.. so literally you're better off going anywhere else.. So after i had left my vape inside of a restaurant, it was time for a change. I had been vaping for two years and the one true thing I can say about this place is that their service is by far above and beyond what is expected. It seems as though they went out of their way to make my girlfriend and I comfortable, and gave me their honest opinion about certain items without trying to up sell me on some items (which I know are sub par) that other vape stores around the area tried to do to me. Luckily they had the items I wanted already (kayfun, vapelyfe half plastic tip, a new king mod, and finally a Sony 18650 2100 mah battery), the owner even said that if they didn't have an item that I needed they would contact their supplier on Wednesday in order to get the specific item that I wanted. Their builder is also very knowledgeable about different kinds of builds from genesis to basic drippers. Their store is very clean with a great layout for their showroom. While their selection of liquids is still in its infancy (They've only been open for a month and a half) , they're steadily getting new liquids in every week as well as other items. They tend to both crowds, the people who find vaping as the new trend or the people who try to quit smoking by vaping. I will definitely be back for rebuilds and for any of my vape needs. read more

I kinda of like it here. I lived around the corner from it for like 8 months and decided to stop by. They had an awesome deal on little vape sets for the New Year. picked up 2 EGO small kits with a charger for 15 bucks. Not too bad. Picked up a bubble dry herb tip for my girlfriend. She loves it! There was a large vape bar from a lot of flavors but I do have to say that they were very bland and some weren't my flavor. The woman that worked there was very nice and helpful.
