Let's see where to start...the older guy who acts like the boss which I pray isn't is a complete asshat and so incredibly rude. My mom bought a nord kit and it's got a defect the mod keeps falling out. So previous experience with other stores if in first 30 days they would swap it out, probably a manufacturing issue. Gave us a second one and it was worse so we tried to discuss and he came out shaking it with an attitude, slammed the door and started cussing. When he opened the door we were slapped in the face with weed smell. The last two packs of coils we have bought are awful, it's obvious they don't order authentic merchandise and are ripping people off. My husband, mom, and I all vape and when we find a store we are dedicated to that store. Moved here a few months ago and we will continue to drive to our normal Store in Frisco and Dallas to avoid this place. Worst customer service I've ever had and recommend staying far away. I've been to a few vape shops and usually get a feeling that the employees have a real attitude. So do the employees here, but their attitude is on the opposite end of the spectrum! Great place, great staff. 18-year smoker moving to vaping. Visited the shop today after finding it is super close to my house with very easy access from 380. Store is very clean and extremely organized. Staff immediately asked if they could help, I told them my situation and they let me try out a variety of different starter kits and vapes until I found the right one for me. I also left with a bottle of Merleboro Light (which is their own in-house recipe of Marlboro Lights) which really tastes and hits just like my old nasty cigs. I've only been to a couple of vape shops, but this one was excellent. Top notch service that is eager to sell you what YOU need/want instead of trying to up-sale on everything. Plus their own juice recipes (they have hundreds) are great! They also have a really cool rewards program, after my purchase today I've almost earned a free bottle of juice. OK so I was at vape dynasty on 380 yesterday and I bought a new vape machine and I got it from a young lady by the name of Larissa, she was absolutely amazing and how she explained how it works and how perfectly affordable it is for a beginner.she gave me a exactly what I researched. I have been to at least five other shops and they all tried to sale me something right of the bat that I was not after and the most expensive product of course, well today I had a couple more questions so I went back tonight and there was Jenny, this young lady was also amazing, she explained in full detail the questions I had, I highly recommend Vapor Dynasty on hwy 380. I also recommend you talk with either beautiful lady's as they know there business, Larissa was perfect and Jenny was incredible, it's close to home and they will do what it takes for you to understand, these two young ladies are the best I've ever worked with without any knowledge at all.
