Really great staff. I'm an experience vapor and it sucks to go into a place where the guys are the stereotypical vapors ( you know what I mean)... But these guy are professional in their manner and very willing to help while being reserved to know and understand what your needs are. I even bought batteries from them, one was defective and the clerk replace it and tested to make sure it was good to go at no cost. Beyond that he even charged them for me so that i could vape my new mod until I could fully charge them once I got done with my work day. Definitely my new spot. Thanks vapor life guys! These prices. Seriously guys? Don't write "2 entrepreneurs trying to help people quit smoking." If that's not what you're intending to do. You're intending to rip people off. A simple google search on the items you provide shows cheaper prices: EVERYWHERE. $30 for an Aerotank? $6 for a replacement coil? I thought the vape shop in Miami Springs was bad, trying to get $5 for a coil head, when you can get a pack of 5 elsewhere (anywhere else, in fact) for less than 9 bucks (I paid 7.99 for mine). I understand you guys have overhead to pay, etc. But your prices are simply astronomical. $21 is how much I paid for my AeroTank at All American Vape. $110 for my Authentic Helios RDA, as opposed to your $140, or what ever craziness it was. I really hope you guys start reconsidering your asking prices for things, because vape shops are literally opening everywhere, and your competition is increasing. You guys should be ashamed. My advice to the shop owners: go look at other vape shops, and price your items similarly. Honestly, you're losing many potential customers (me included and I buy vape supplies ALL the time.) My advice to potential customers: don't waste your money and gas on this place until they stop price gouging us. There's literally 100s of vape shops nearby, they're becoming the next Starbucks chain. If you see something you like, google it to see prices elsewhere. I guarantee you will find it probably 30% or more cheaper elsewhere (FastTech, 101Vape, Madvapes etc.) Or go check out another vape shop in-person (All American Vape is AWESOME, so is Diamond Vapor.) I'm sorry for such a brutal review guys, but I can't sit there and watch that without saying something. Things don't ever improve unless someone speaks up. Again I visited under with more time on my hands. I bought 5 kanger coils for 15.00, which I found to be much more in my price range then anther vape store who is charging 25.00. Also, after many sampling of juices with not much success, they turned me on to Moon Sugar, which I am now enjoying. The atmosphere and design could use a little work, (althouh the last time i was there there were about 5 guys doing some serious vaping, the store was so foggy, i suggested they start a laser show,, which was cool seeing them all having a great time vaping) so it's a great right down the block shop for me. read more

When i first placed my order with VaporLIFE, i received a phone call from one of the ownes named that they were experienceing delays. I thought WOW what good customer service. This was in the beginning of February. It is now March 31st, and my order had been shipped and returned to sender twice due to theiur inability to address a package correctly. They have the correct address and it seems that when the package was returned to them, they just re-processed the shipping label and shipped it out again as opposed to manually entering it or at least double-checking that it was the correct address. I attempted to call their customer service number this morning after sending multiple emails with no reponse, and the phone number is "temporarily disconnected." I understand that things happen and delays can occur, but this is ridiculous. I will not be ordering from this vendor again, and every channel i have access to to share this experience, i will do so. Great customer service in the beginning, non-existant customer service once you have an issue. read more

Don't go to this vape store. They don't stand behind what they sell. The warranty is gone as soon as you walk out the door. It's like they are doing you a favor selling you something. All Vapor Life srores are the same crap. read more
