Great shop and they carry tons of stuff but a few things I dislike. First, if you have anything under warranty they will do everything possible not to honor it until they've tried to rig the device somehow. If I have a warranty I shouldn't have to basically demand my right to use it. Honor the damn warranty and hand me another device not matter what it may be unless it's something I broke (which hasn't been the case the last FOUR times. Second, if I'm in there first don't push me aside to help someone else really quick just to make a sale. This is a HUGE no no and they should know better. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's that comes in INCLUDING phone calls. The 50%+ markup (at least) over the same items you can buy online surely means they can afford to have two employees on hand on any given day. I bought a mod there and then found it 57.00 cheaper online so won't be buying hardware there ever again Third. The test stations sucks. The alcohol is often dirty and watered down and looks like dirty water. Surely then can afford to set a clean jug of 3.00 purell for cleaning tips prior to testing or at least a box/jar of e-cug condoms/covers that are probably a penny each. Fourth. Their coils on average are 1.25 more expensive than almost anywhere in town but I buy them online now anyways This being said I'll not shop here anymore. There's TONS of other shops who gladly will honor the warranty before taking 30 mins to try and rig it back together, have awesome test stations that don't have ejuice all over their test units and purell in hand or something similar, who don't push you aside to help others, who don't stop helping you just to answer the phone when you were there first and who have more than INE employee on shift every day I will not be going back ever to either store. read more

I'd like to start by saying that the customer service provided here is bar none, the best I've ever seen at any brick & mortar vape shop I've ever been to. That being said, my only reason for a 4 star rating rather than 5 is simply product inconsistencies. I've had unfortunate experiences with several products, including an ohm reader that didn't work properly and a Hellboy atomizer with stripped post screw holes straight from the package. These, of course were not by fault of the staff, and I've not had any problems exchanging faulty products for new ones. I've purchased two 50w boxes and a sig 150w, including several tanks that all perform flawlessly. This vapor store is not intimidating like some of the vapor "lounges" in Spokane. They have a large selection of the e liquid available for tasting as well as in store demos on different products. The ladies there are very helpful as well as knowledgeable about the products they sell. They also have a rewards/punch card. I've been to several other vapor stores around Spokane and Smokin Legal's staff is the friendliest and the most out going. read more

Tryed this place twice now.(the one off Sprague).the first time I went in I bought a rig that didn't work and leaked horrible.when I went to return it they wouldnt,I had to plea to at least have it exchanged.He finally did,I didn't go back for a year.Went in there yesterday and had to buy new rig cuz they didn't have atomizer for mine,alrite no biggy.but after only a few minutes I'm sucking up oil because it's leaking so bad.what bothers me most is I specifically asked to not have one that leaked.wasted 15 bucks on crap I can't use.the money isn't a prob,it's the principle.it's all about sales,well here's one sale that won't return.lol. read more

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The products however are terrible. Everytime I purchase an atomizer it lasts about 4-5 puffs then it's broken. I purchased 2 today and they lasted 10 minutes. I had this issue about a year ago. I started buying elsewhere due to this reason. I was in the area today and due to convenience of location I thought I'd give them another try. I won't make that mistake again. read more

Be Careful. After spending several hundred dollars over the past month getting set up with new equipment an liquids for myself and my husband - we discovered they DO NOT honor their warranty. They sold us a $45 battery that won't hold a charge for more than 3 hours. When they sold it to us they said it would only need to be charged every 2 days. My husband has been back to the store 3 times trying to resolve the issue. We figured it would be no problem - we have receipts and they are always so nice and helpful when we go in there. They refuse to exchange the product or refund us our money and basically said its not their problem. We purchased this 9 days ago. So USE CAUTION about what you buy. Make sure it works - cause they will not honor the warranty and you will be stuck with it...Junk or not. Totally disappointed and out $45 for nothing. read more

This has always been my go-to store if not the only store I purchase from for my vaping needs. But tonight surpassed my expectations, aside from great customer service. Jacob was working the south Division location tonight when my car ignition decided to lock up and crap out on me in the parking lot. Although it is a place to lounge, he didn't hesitate let me hang out here for a good 2.5 hours until closing time while I waited for my tow truck. He also shadowed me when I would occasionally go to my car to test it a couple times, knowing it is a sketchy area and looking out for my safety. Not only that, he gave me great advice and was more educated on the problem with my car than I was. I'm very grateful for his easygoing demeanor and ability to help someone in great distress, going as far as offering me a ride to an auto parts shop after his shift. I always have good experiences with your employees but I cannot express my gratitude to Jacob for his willingness to help. read more
