I've been going to this vape shop for 4 years and for the first 2 there weren't any problems. The last 2 have been not great once it was under new ownership. Today was the last straw. I went in 2 days ago for 2 new elfbars and one of them was faulty and when I told the owner who was a the register she said they sometimes do that and that you just gotta charge it up a bit. I charged it and it still didn't work and the other worked fine plus I've had a bunch of them never do that but I trusted her word. I went back in after 2 days to say it's still not working and the first thing she does is point to the no refund sign and tries to explain that they come from China and they lose money on some of them instead of just apologizing for the initial bad service so I threw it away and decided to leave. Okay so I have to give a big shout out to all the employees at Vapor Planet.We visit a couple times a week and each time we learn something new and never leave disappointed. Today I got my first Bonita after their employees, gave it such great reviews. They never treat me like a newbie, and answer all my questions. So far all my mods/tanks devices are from there, I send all my friends and family to their Navarre location. Why? Because each employee has always went out of their way to make sure we are happy. Vaping supplies are almost always cheaper online. Brick & mortar stores need to sell Customer Service. Vapor Planet doesn't deliver here. I've been in 3 times with an average wait time of 10 minutes before anyone even says hi. This isn't acceptable to building a good customer base. The prices here are way high, as well. Chargers are twice the price in store as online. The K100 mod that my friend paid $80 for sells for $30-35 online. I understand B&M stores have bills to pay, but this isn't how you buy repeat customers. This review is for the Uptown Station location. I haven't visited the Navarre location and it's always possible that the employees there are more helpful. i went in here to get CBD eatables( my mistake meant to go to CBD shop next door which i didnt see till i left) the blonde dude working said there were at least 10 in the pack i paid 27$ for the gummies and walked right back in after i realized my mistake and asked if i could return them. he said absolutely not i hadnt even left the property, AND when i got home and open them there was 4 in the pack!!!! seriously 4!!!! he lied to me and refused to let me get my money back for 4 gummies i paid alomost 30$ for gummies i could of got at walmart for 3$ they did nothing that they are supposed to do. very disappointing in this business read more

don't bother - there are vapor stores out there who will be much more helpful than these guys. They could barely get off their chairs to help customers. One of the associates working there actually said "yeah some of those bottles (of fluid) have been sitting there a while" ewwww! they seemed to be out of most things. This store like most other vapor shops has a mid grade level Tattoo shop type environment where the professional maturity level and mentality is young, hip, and casual. That's not really a negative, but don't expect top shelf service and product knowledge is very questionable. If you're getting into cloud chasing RDA/RBA builds and high drain batteries, be very careful of the information you're getting, you might just make the news listening to some of the guys. But let's get to the real point of my review, cost and product. Their eliquid is horrible to my tastebuds. This is all subjective, but for me most of the flavors has an unbearable incense aroma and taste on the back end of the vape. I've been vaping for 8 years now and have tried all types straight from China to USA made liquids from sites all over. Their juice by far is the worst I've ever tasted, at least in a while. There's a shop in the City Market destin that has juice better than them, but not worth the price. That being said, like all of the Vapor shops popping up on the Emerald Coast, price gouging is ridiculous. It's unfortunate that these shops take advantage of local business rather than reasonable business. I suppose they've forgotten that online business is taking over? They sell a Kamry K100 kit for +$80 dollars when you can get the same mech mod kit for $25 shipped and in hand within 4 days from most sites online. I busted one of my mech mods and needed one ASAP, so I purchased a Smoktech Mageneto for $67 dollar, but I knew before hand I could purchase it for $29-$34 shipped online as its an old product and there is a version 2 available now. This is what this Vapor Planet is targeting, customers who are in a bind or ignorant. So, to anyone willing to do a bit of searching and has patience. I urge you to use Vapor Planet as nothing more than an emergency shop, but buy your products online. Do your research before buying anything unless you like spending double to triple the cost of a Chinese made product. (Yes, 99.99% of products even if it boasts made in America is still likely commissioned to be made in China.) read more

This review is for the Crestview location. They sell the stuff to help you quit smoking. That's the only positive thing I can think to say. The customer service is bad. They'll help you get your device set up and tell you how to use it but most of my questions were answered with "look it up on the internet". I almost felt like I was an inconvenience to them by trying to be a customer and I was stupid for having questions. The juice tastes bad and gets worse with age. High prices (12 bucks is your cheapest drip tip??) 3. There's only one guy who knows what he's talking about, but he is either no there, or sitting on his butt. (One guy literally told me there were only 3 or 4 box mods on the market) They have decent juice, one decent employee, good stock and variety (just way more expensive that other places in town) and they support good causes with some of their juice lines. My fiancé and I stumbled on this gem of a store while in the FWB area. We were greeted by a team of cool fellows as my eyes immediately zoomed in on the extremely inviting and comfortable juice sampling section! Atop a beautiful wood table was a two-tier lazy susan that held every juice they carry along with little e-go batteries and disposable drip tip covers, so I didn't have to use my own stuff! My fiancé visited the counter to discuss tanks, and I immediately sat down to sample the goods. A gal, new to vaping, asked me about my tricked out mod and we began to discuss juice and nic levels. It was wonderful to chill with fellow vape-folks and I felt extremely at home, excited that there wasn't a sign on the wall shouting at me that two juice samplings was the limit. The juices come in a variety of nic levels and they're clean and delicious! Sample one or all of them! They also have a nice variety of other brands that they carry (Space Jam Brand...love The Astro!) and they gladly discuss PG/VG make-up! They have a huge selection of mods, vape sticks, mod wraps, and replacement parts. The staff was very helpful and gave us a plethora of information and product knowledge concerning rebuildables! They also took the time to enlarge the air holes on our newly-purchased Patriot rebuildable atomizer! Gotta go for that insane cloud! My take on The Vapor Planet is that this crew are all about the vaping community and everyone is seasoned in product knowledge. On vacation from Nashville, and foolishly left my replacement coils at home. Ive been to four vape shops in two days looking for coils, and haven't been able to find the ones that fit. I had given up, when I saw Vapor Planet behind Starbucks this morning. I thought, what the hell, I'll try one more. So glad I stopped here! I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and even though they didn't have what I was looking for, I ended up buying a whole new kit. There were three guys working, and all three were incredibly friendly and personable. My visit was quick and easy, and I didn't really even have to make any decisions! My kit was great quality at a reasonable price, AND came with a free bottle of e-liquid of my choice... These guys seriously know their product, and are wonderful people. I have been going to this shop for a while and I am always treated so nicely. Brandon (the manager) always remembers my name and the juice that I normally get. Sometimes I'm stuck on a call when I walk in and upon seeing me, he immediately has my account pulled up and checks me out promptly. How awesome is that!? I barely have time for errands, much less posting a review, but this place is absolutely exceptional and deserves to be recognized. Great people and fantastic selection with zenith customer service. I love the presentation of the store. Very clean, organized, and professional thats also meticulously thought out. Ive been in many ecigg places before and many suffer from being a part of some other weird business like a pawn shop or some place that also sells 'novelty' tobacco items and incense. Essentially, Vapor Planet is a breath of fresh air. Definitely not amateur hour like many Ive been to with mystery product or shady business practices and overpricing. If it means anything, I personally have over 10 years in retail experience with my family's outdoor store and they operate the atmosphere just like mine did. This is a great place and one of many reasons it keeps me coming back because of this. Its also fun to come in and kick around while shopping and trying things out.
