I would not shop at this store. Went in to grab a Smok RPM5 and pack of coils. $40 and $13 online before shipping, which is no more than $5-10. The total at the store was around $115. 2x the price. The store is a total scam. Go to any other shop, and look online before you grab an item in the store. I recommend buying any vape products online. The only thing this store does well, is make E juice. Please be aware this store is a scam. Just buy vape products online from real head shops and straight from the brand. Wow. If you like to be treated rudely this is definitely the store for you. The guy working tonight (Sunday) acted like I was bothering him by coming in to the store looking to buy some juice. I was the ONLY person in the store and he seemed incredibly annoyed just to even help me. And every single juice I wanted to try - it just so happened that they don't do samples for. Either that or he just couldn't be troubled to help a customer. Just having a simple conversation with me seemed to be incredibly burdensome to him. I mean, dude - you work in customer service..... There are a ton of other vape shops in Destin - I would suggest go trying those instead of this one. I live in FWB, so I went to every vape shop in this area before finally contacting The Vapor Master. It took a good whack at my health and my wallet for me to break down and make the dreaded trip to Destin. I spent four months being lied to, taken advantage of, and spending countless amounts of money on useless hardware and bad juice. When my health started suffering I recalled reading a few reviews about The Vapor Master and how all these people were saying how clean this guys juice was. To me all e-juice was created equal and this "clean juice" was a sale tactic. After being so ill that I couldn't vape for a week I was considering giving up altogether. Instead I thought I'd give it one more go so I contacted Tony and explained my entire situation and it was immediately apparent that he knew his stuff. In all of the shops I've been to in this area, no one can match his knowledge. Everything he said made total sense and was in PLAIN English. There was no gimmick. He invited me to come to the store as he was confident that he could help me. I went in, and it was the most relaxed environment. There were people coming in from all kinds of different backgrounds and everyone was so laid back and relaxed. Most of the other vape shops seem to have a certain genre they appeal to. Not so here, as soon as you walk in the door you are welcome and the customers are just as awesome as Tony and his employees. We were so comfortable we stayed for four hours. I don't think I've ever stayed in any store for four hours. EVER. It's what most vape shops claim to be about but can only dream of. James was awesome! He was so patient. I did not feel rushed or like I was being labeled a "juice hog", he let me try an array of flavors while I chatted with other customers, and even entertained my son for two hours playing chess while Tony explained a large part of the science behind e-juice and how it SHOULD be made. Fortunately, I learned that all e-juices are NOT created equal. All of the vape shops around town are "kid-friendly" as far as allowing kids in the store but these guys define kid-friendly, everyone interacted with him and he felt included. He now loves the place so much he keeps asking me when we are going back. He got a real kick out of Jamie too, he was talking about her for two days after our last visit :) I cannot say enough about how awesome these people are and for the sake of not sounding like an absolute fanatic (possibly borderline). I will just say that it was a surprisingly pleasant experience. I can't remember the last time I've experienced this level of customer service, if ever. I am telling everyone and anyone that will listen and hopefully whoever reads this, don't waste your time, money, or energy anywhere else, especially when it comes to those who are new to vaping. My original thought was that it was such a long, hot, miserable, tourist-traffic-filled-hell to charter through. Now I will sit in that hell for five hours solid if it means getting juice that I know I can trust. Beats sitting in an ER for five hours. BEFORE YOU BUY READ THIS.... I purchased a nice smok r200 offline along with some juice. I upgraded and wasn't aware that higher ohm mods need less nicotine since the hit is so much stronger. I contacted vapor masters and they made me a 30ml bottle of filler 70vg 30 pg for 20$. The filler wasn't working for me so u returned and asked if they could put a few drops of flavoring in for me so that way I could cut it later. The lady told me NO even though I left the store an hour ago. It was a waste of my time to sit there and argue so I left. Here's the deal. I'm not sure how this store hasn't gone under yet. The 30ml bottle that I bough form them cost me 20$. I was at home and found u can buy 1000 mg of vg/pg mix for 15$. Why they wouldn't put a few drop of flavor inn for me was horrible customer service. How hard and how long would thst take? I also priced everything in that store and you can buy everything 30 percent cheaper online. I will never suggest vapor masters to anyone since they are so ridiculously high in price and their customer service is great until you give them money. This is by far the best Vapor shop I've ever been to. Which is saying a lot because I have been been to nearly a hundred of them nationwide! They have all organic juices, which means none of them will turn sh*t brown, and ruin your coil as you vape them. That in turn means longer equipment life, and better hits. My husband is new to vaping so we have only been to a couple of shops around the area. while we were running errands around destin, he ran out of oil so I suggested we find the closest vape to us at that point which was THE VAPOR MASTER by target. Since my husband is dealing with traumatic brain injury and unable to walk into the store I told the store associate that I needed to try it out for my husband since he's unable to come in. The guy was super friendly and so helpful . He said since my husband wasn't able to try for himself he let us have a bottle for discount price and told me to come back in if my husband didnt like the flavor or wanted to add different flavors to it at no charge. He also Signed me up for their great rewards program buy 7 get 8th free. Husband loved the flavor (similar to Marlboro light) and this will be our new store from now on. Can't say enough about this place the people actually care what you think, they will help you find the best service, juice, etc. I live not far away but I don't get to go to them a lot so they suggested I use their email service. Works out great I send my request and at the most 3 days and I have my juice. I have tried other vape shops but none can compare to Vapor Master.
