I have vaped in the past but was never satisfied with the results. I went into vapor valley last night and asked lots of questions and got the answers I needed. I chose the Revenger X with the help of the young man who was there. I got two different flavors and he hand mixed both, then setup my vape for me. Showed me how to fill it, how to charge it etc. I can't say enough good things about him out my experience. I wish I knew his name. I'll go back and get another vape system for my wife. I use to love this vape shop as it is the closest one to my home and I have been coming here for years. and the few times I did get a chance to go in they have been very helpful and nice but they seem to be late most mornings to open and a few times never even opened. No note on the door for customers. Once my roommate went for me cause I work nights and they are always seem to be late I had her go for me about 2. They were closed. When she went back the next day and asked what happened they said they took their kids to the park? I don't understand why run a business if you don't treat it that way. I no longer go here cause of being let down so many times and iv asked about why they were late alot and met with attitude. I found a better vape shop that is open like it says and is alot nicer. Just as good if not better of a selection of juice. If you go here expect to be left high and dry as they have a big personal life. read more

This is one of the better vapor shops I have visited. They have a large selection of flavorful liquids and the staff is eager to help you find something that you'll like. They carry great products with very flavorful e liquids and the staff obviously enjoys working there. If you are new to vaping they will assist you in picking out everything that you need. Their prices are a little higher than some other shops, but their products are excellent. I called around 7 PM when they were about to close, not realizing that they closed at seven. I was completely out of E liquid and they stayed open about a half hour past closing time just to accommodate me. I honestly can't say enough good things about this shop. read more

My wife and I came in here back on Jan.3rd because we wanted to begin the process of quiting the cancer sticks. The owner James is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He has about 75 different juices to choose from and my favorite is "The Hulk" it is one of his mixtures and I cant get enough of it. I think the next time I go back I will get 2 big bottles to last me since we don't live that close. I ended up getting a mini pro-tank 2, and it is still kickin' 3 months later. My wife got one that you could charge into your computer, this one worked best for her since she works from home on the computer. My wife really likes the Cinnamon type juices and James has a few in his shop. You can get extra flavor if you want, all I had to do was ask. He also has regular nicotine flavors that you can mix with other flavors as well. Since he makes all the juices you and James can pretty much come up with a new flavor that no one else has. This is how I think The Hulk came about. We can in one time while we were in town and happen to have our 5 year old son with us. He was cool about it and he even had his 3-4 year old there. Our kids played on his couch and watched TV as me and my wife tried other flavors. He is always getting more items and every time we come in there are more and more people filtering through. He not only has the 2 couches with TV, but he has other bar stool size tables and chairs so you can hang out too. Pretty chill. We always stop by when in town. When you are there tell him Mike, Pepper and little Davis say hi! OH and since we first walked in and started vaping, we have not touched cigarettes since them. read more

This place is great! Very knowledgeable and friendly! The guy helped me find what I was looking for and didn't mind letting me try a bunch of flavors! The store was very clean too. They make you feel welcome and they didn't treat me like a noob even though I am one. The guy happily answered all my questions and helped me figure out why I was having an unpleasant experience with my new Vape. I had actually purchased my vape at a different store. He was still happy to help me figure it out. Turns out the store I got it from was advising me to use a higher dose of nicotine than I actually needed which caused me to have an extremely sore and dry throat and congestion. I was ready to give up and go back to cigarettes. The guy at Vapor Valley told me the correct amount and now I really love to Vape. They also carry their flavors in 100% VG. The other store did not and part of my problem may also be an allergy to PG. Their flavors are deliciously amazing! I highly recommend the Bavarian cream. They didn't have the coils I needed, but they were happy to see what kind mine uses and see if they could start keeping them in stock. I also had to bring my two babies with me and they were very nice about it. On a sidenote, today was my very first visit there and I will definitely be a regular customer now! They also have a rewards program. I highly recommend going to this place. After my experience it is more than worth it to me to drive all the way from Waxahachie to Grand Prairie. Best shop in town hands down. They've helped me multiple times and today the clerk took his time to help me, I walked out with a new flavor and my vape working again. Mind you it wasn't a huge help, but he took nearly 45 minutes out of his night while still assisting other customers that walked in. I've had a great experience each time I've gone in and will continue to go there because the people there are knowledgeable, friendly, personable and all around amazing at what they do. I bought a Kanker Mini Protank II back in March 2014 from Vapor Valley in Grand Prairie. They assured me that this would last for a minimum of 6 months before I would need to replace any parts other than wicks. After 2 months, the tank would not produce any vapor. I brought it into the store and the owner was very rude. First, he didn't believe that I had bought it from his store until he checked in his system (which was awful since he wasn't able to look up which items I had purchased in the past, only the prices...or so he says). He helped me replace the parts that he thought needed replacement and I was willing to pay for those pieces since the tank is re-constructible and they assured me it would last for a minimum of 6 months, but the ecig was still not producing any vapor. The glass broke on the tank as I dropped it and I was going to replace it with another until the owner told me he couldn't fix it. The ecig was working fine up until two days ago. I asked him what was wrong with it and he couldn't tell me. I asked him if the tank was under warranty and he told me no. I asked if he could replace it for me and he said he couldn't. I even asked if he would give me a box of wicks for free if I bought the same tank, and rudely, he still said no. The owner even proceeded to attack me verbally in front of other customers when I voiced my concern as a consumer to another employee. If you purchase something at a store and it breaks and its not your fault, they should replace it for you!! Any other store I have been too would have don't that! They only reason I came to this store is because they are by my house. Do not go to this place!!!! You can find cheaper and better deals at so many other places!! DFWVapor is much, much better!! The owner looks like a stoner and his shop is very cheap. The customer service is awful! There are never more than two guys working at this place and they have no idea what they are talking about. They will tell you one thing and do another. They sit around and play with modified ecigs all day until YOU ask them for help!! They don't even acknowledge you as a customer when it's obvious you need assistance!! I would never go back to this place or give them your money. Very bad business!!! All there flavors stink. They never taste good and they have all these ridiculous names that the owner makes up. I love my Broadstreet flavor juice and they don't even know what it is!! Sad! i traded my itaste 134 (case, papers, and the original tank it came with) and a aspire nautilus for a black copper stingray clone (mod) and a stillare RDA and still paid additionally (which i thought was fair BUT i didnt know that the mechanical mod was a "clone" (meaning it wasn't the real thing). It had a cheap spring underneath the button and wouldn't make contact correctly after a week. so i tried to deal with it myself for another week until when i changed the cotton wick and soaked it and was taking all the precautions and it caught on fire... i called the store and the owner picked up and said for me to bring it in and he would try to fix it or anything else that i wanted to do. i got there and he really didn't want to deal with me and kept telling the other guy that he was about to leave and decided to clean. then 2 other customers came in after me and the owner decided to help them instead of me and totally ignored me. so after all the shitty service and poor quality items i bought (because im new to mechanical mods) i took my battery out and kept it but i left the mod and rda on the counter and walked out but i had forgot the box and other parts in my car i tossed them in the parking lot in front of the store. i was vaping for a whole yr and was without nicotine for 2days so instead of wasting money on another ecig i just bought a pack of cigs. atleast i know the quality of newports and i wasnt going to need some help on how to light the cigs or get shitty customer service. im out my itaste 134 with nautilus and $50 i traded them for a shitty knockoff mech mod and a rda that caught fire because of the poor botton quailty on the mod. any other store and that same mod in the same case would usually come with a magnetic button BUT they took it out and replaced it with a cheap home depot spring and would shock me constantly and got so hot that it was changed to a dark black and would eventually break. read more
