So I'm not a vape person, but I do use CBD and left home without mine. VaporFi is in the plaza with my hotel. I never realized they sold CBD, so I was happy when I found out that they did. There's plenty of parking in the retail area where the store is located. When I walked in, one of the associates greeted me and immediately walked over to help me. They don't have a lot of CBD products because it is a vape shop, but they have enough for you to choose from. The associate working was more than wiling to check prices on a few things that I was inquiring about. He also was honest about the things that he didn't know anything about, and I appreciated that more than anything. I walked out feeling like I purchased something that I needed and not that someone tried to sell me something, just for the hell of it. I'll be back the next time I forget my CBD at home! read more

Different type of Vape Shop. Tons of Juices to choose from & to mix & match. They have a great selection of Vape units to choose from for purchase. Staff is friendly & polite. One negative...A bought a bottle of juice and a smaller bottle to put it in my Vape unit. The customer service representative offered to it in the smaller bottle for me. However the lid came off of the larger bottle and about half spilled on her desk. She cleaned up the mess and finished filling my smaller bottle with the sample that the store was using, but gave me the large bottle with half my juice gone. Really thought she would have, at least offered, to replace the large bottle but that didn't happen. Still I would go back but great opportunity missed to show great customer service. Update: now I am DEFINITELY going back the next time I am in town. True to their word I went in for a fresh bottle, but Manager on Duty had no idea what I was talking about. Just moved here to the area trying to find our local smoke shop we can come to a couple times a month. (Spend about $150-$200/mo on average) recently bought a pipe from there and 7 Geekbar galaxy vapes there. Purchase experience was just okay. The young thin guy seemed like he really didn't want to be there but whatever. It's a smoke shop. Recently bought a small pipe for flower. Cleaning out with a pipe cleaner it shattered. No. I didn't drop it. It shattered from the inside. I have the money to own up to my mistakes and pay for convenience (our same vapes are about $5 ea less from our old smoke shop and it's almost worth to drive 20min away by our old house so almost worth it saving $35 on 7 vapes a month). But anyway I thought it would be a shot to ask them to exchange it since it's our new local smoke shop. Flat out no and rude about it. So you don't have good prices. You're rude and the product was for sure defective/glass blown incorrectly inside some out for a pipe cleaner to break it. It's fine. I'll vote with my $ and go somewhere else. It wasn't even the pipe cost that set me over the edge. It's the demeanor and rudeness. If they would have been nice about or just said sorry we can't but here's good reliable ones we sell. Or let me recommend a better one that doesn't clog so easily that it would break in less than 24hrs. I would be fine. Just go somewhere else. I'm a beginner and even though they didn't have anymore of the device my friend recommended to me (Vaporesso Tarot Nano), Nataly helped find the right one for me at the price range I wanted it to be at. (Eleaf iJust 3) She then spent an hour with me just chatting and helping me test out a few flavors ($1 to try as many as you want while you're there!) and the one I ended up buying was actually what she recommended before all the tasting when I asked her which was her favorite (Maui Menthol- tropical taste with a hint of mint in it) Overall I enjoyed my time here. This is a great find in Arlington, Texas. This is an awesome shop with great customer service and great products. When we arrived in Texas we thought we weren't going to find a shop that had what we needed but when we found this we were excited to come check it out. Once we arrived we were greeted by both an employee and the manager, I believe their names were Alex and Holly. They were extremely helpful and friendly which made the experience so much better. They were able to answer all our questions and help us find what we needed. Also quick tip: products don't have any chemicals or artificial flavors like most other juices. Great experience overall! Main points to note: First Impression: The aesthetic of the place was the first thing I noticed. The store as a whole was clean, organized, and gave an overall professional impression, a nice departure from the average vape shop. Staff: The employees were cordial the duration of the visit and never seemed pushy. I never fealt pressured to buy anything, but they seemed excited to be able to share their passion and knowledge with me. I could spend hours in there sampling flavor combinations, and I don't think the staff would mind the company one bit. Products: The quality of the products they sell are unparalleled! From their in house juice to their own brand mods, everything emanates quality. The accuracy of their flavors are impressive (try the fried apple pie and tell me I'm wrong). Their mods all have a sleek, minimalist feel that is definitely more my style than the typicaly gaudy mods that other shops pedal to people. While it is a bit of a let down that they don't carry other brands, I can see why they wouldn't need to, their own products sell themselves. All this being said, it would be nice if they carried a variety in the future, or at least carried coils and such for other common mods. Final impression: Overall, VaporFi is a cut above other shops. I was in town for work and forgot my juice at the hotel. This place was closer than the hotel and I was on foot So! Here it is! Three stars because the place was clean, very nicely decorated , and the customer service is above and beyond. I took two stars because their coils for the tfv8 are made specifically for them and ARE NOT THE SAME as tfv8 coils from smok. I usually vape at a 110. With their interchangeable ones, I had to turn it up to 170-190 and still barely got anything out of it. I spent three days feeling like a fiend needing nicotine lol. Their juices are sugar free. They raved about that. I suppose that's a good thing to prolong coil life BUT, I was let down every hit. I dumped it once I got to my juice at the hotel. I refilled with my juice using their coil. Better taste with my juice but still had to battle that coil at 170-190 till I got home. Needless to say, I gave the juice away the next day to someone where I was working. Once I got home I swapped everything and boom! Back to normal. Side note: when I got to this place, I seen one of my coworkers there. He bought some of their juice and the next day, he was very grumpy like me. Needing his nicotine as well he ripped his hotel room apart until he found his juice because he said Vaporfi juice was horrible. If you like sugar free juice, this place may be great for you. This is the first review of ever left for any facility restaurant or brick-and-mortar business and so I may not do this business justice however I can start by saying the general ambience and welcoming environment make it a comfortable and inviting place for those customers who are new to the vapor World. The customer service is astounding as they are simultaneously able to take care of those that already know what they want and are able to get them in and out efficiently. It is always clean and the employees are well informed regarding the current laws, regulations and scientific backing behind electronic cigarettes. As for the actual quality of their products, I can say from both experience and anecdotal findings that these juices and electronics surpass any other as far as quality. What always ceases to amaze me is that they hold the standard without compromising cost and fairly competitive to your other premium lines. Vaporfi is one of my favorite shops to frequent. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I really enjoy the juice setup and how you can see everything going on, unlike most places where they go in a back room and magically appear with a bottle :-/. Their premium juices are great also.
