Madlen was so confused about our pick up even though I explained several times we had two separate orders, one that was ready for pick up and another that was still processing. Her focus was on the wrong order. Another visit: On Saturday 5/29, my partner and I dropped by the showroom to return one of the rings we purchased due to a quality issue, and again, Madlen was there and proceeded to help us with the return. She did not walk me through the return process. I asked for a receipt and she said the receipt will come via email. Upon checking my email receipt later, I realized it was just a drop off receipt, no indication of a return/refund processed. I needed to call their customer service team to get further instructions on the process. While we loved the rings we picked out, the service needs work.
