The waiting area is clean and well-organized, with comfortable seating, not that we spent much time there. What really stood out to me was the quality of care we received. The pediatrician and nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. They were also very thorough in their examinations and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. One thing that really impressed me was the level of communication and follow-up care provided. The pediatrician made sure to give us clear instructions on how to care for our child at home, as well as follow-up instructions for our regular pediatrician. Overall, I would highly recommend this after-hours pediatric care center to any parents looking for high-quality, compassionate care for their children. Her and the resident nurse were great and the only people who cared. The actual doctor...terrible. I would say worse ever, but that wouldn't be entirely true. The doctor started describing symptoms that I was NOT experiencing. When stated that I did not have those symptoms she ignored me. She gave me antibiotics for a sinus infection which I may or may not have. She ignored the point I was in excruciating pain and that my symptoms were likely more neurological in cause. This morning I woke up just as bad. When I got up it had not improved and other elements were actually worse. I forced myself to go to work because I have no sick leave left. On the way to work, enduring extreme pain that the doctor refused to assist with, I called my primary care physician, my insurance, and health benefits hotline and got a second opinion and an appointment with my primary care physician. The nurse at my work, my physician, my work health hotline, and even my own insurance stated I need to go to a neurologist for my extreme migraine and cluster headache. If you want to waste your money to get antibiotics that will contribute to antibiotic resistant bacteria, go here. If you want actual assistance and care with your symptoms, disease, or injury; it's better to wait or go almost anywhere else.
