I was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service provided. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces, which immediately put us at ease. I was able to make an appointment online via Solv App and they were ready to take us back when we arrived. The facility itself is bright, colorful, and inviting. The waiting area is clean and well-organized, with comfortable seating, not that we spent much time there. What really stood out to me was the quality of care we received. The pediatrician and nurses were incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, taking the time to explain everything to us in a way that we could understand. They were also very thorough in their examinations and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. One thing that really impressed me was the level of communication and follow-up care provided. The pediatrician made sure to give us clear instructions on how to care for our child at home, as well as follow-up instructions for our regular pediatrician. Overall, I would highly recommend this after-hours pediatric care center to any parents looking for high-quality, compassionate care for their children. Despite this, the provider did not take my concerns seriously, didn't listen to my lungs thoroughly, and offered no imaging, no lab work, no real evaluation -- just handed me some cough medication and sent me on my way. This felt more like being rushed through a checklist than being given actual care. Mold exposure in the lungs can be serious, and the lack of attention to that possibility was alarming. I now have to go find a clinic that will take the time to actually evaluate what's happening. I expected better from Mercy. Extremely disappointed.

I was fully expecting attitude or even to be turned away since they were about to close. I was totally wrong! The receptionist was so incredibly welcoming and empathetic towards my wife while I filled out paper work. She quickly proceeded the paperwork and insurance and got my wife back to see the doctor. I checked and arrived on time; another customer came after me with her appointment 30 minutes after mine. I waited one hour to even be seen and the appointment that was scheduled after mine was admitted and checked in before I was. I don't understand what type of process they run at this location but it is not effective. Being a healthcare professional and understanding my patient rights and responsibilities, this location has poor customer service. Around noon, I started feeling extremely sick--hot, nauseous, and constantly in and out of the bathroom. Since I don't get off work until 7:30 PM, I booked a 7:40 PM appointment, which was perfect. I arrived on time for my 7:40 PM appointment, but as soon as I walked in, the receptionist, Sunshine, was already giving me an attitude, rolling her eyes as she asked for my first and last name. When I provided it, she immediately asked for my insurance. I told her I had been to this clinic multiple times and should be in the system, but she refused to look me up. Instead, she falsely claimed my insurance was expired and kept pushing me to reschedule, despite me clearly feeling unwell. It got to the point where I didn't even care about using my insurance anymore--I was willing to pay out of pocket just to be seen. But then she claimed they couldn't take Apple Pay, and their card machine wasn't working, making it impossible for me to pay. At that point, it felt like she was doing everything she could to turn me away. You could tell she was possibly mad because she wanted to get out on time, which is completely unacceptable when working in healthcare. She continued to exchange rude comments, refused to help me, and even threatened to call law enforcement just because I insisted on being seen. At 7:52 PM--while I was still inside--she claimed they were closed, even though my appointment was at 7:40 PM and their posted hours say they close at 8:00 PM. After leaving, I had an anxiety attack and had to call 911. My mom arrived before the cops and rushed me to the ER, which ended up being a much more expensive visit that I was trying to avoid. At the ER, I was diagnosed with the flu and had a 103°F fever. I will never return to this clinic due to the way I was treated. No one seeking medical help should be met with hostility, especially while feeling sick. I hope others read this and think twice before coming here.
