This was extremely comforting to find after hearing their restaurant on Henderson closed in '22. While I loved Sully's, the distance from campus made it a must to designate a driver or coordinate rides. The proximity to Knox makes Sidetrax and easy choice for college students looking for a solid meal, watch a game with a yeasty beverage, or night out. You'll also find many of the same menu items and some new ones! I'm eager to try some cheese curds and revisit the Sully's Reuben. If you like craft beer, there's a small fridge to the right of the bar that has several cans eager to be sampled. I recognize those visiting the 'burg may belittle Sidetrax to an average sports bar serving typical pub selections. While l can understand some of the quick takes and average reviews from Yelpers, I think it a bit dismissive. There's a reason the Bernardi brothers have over 20 successful years delivering what the people want. |TO BE CLEAR:| As a Knox student, I learned to eat wings at Sully's and the flavor profile of their buffalo sauce and honey mustard dressing (always got a side salad to make myself feel better) are *pure nostalgia*. I've traveled the nation sampling popular wing establishments from every corner of the 48 continuous--a self proclaimed wing aficionado on Yelp--but it all comes back to Sully's wings. We arrived at 5:30 and got our order in at the bar. Sitting and waiting, the bartender never checked on us or our drinks. 6:20, still no pizza. Finally a different bartender comes to check on us and we ask can you find out about our pizza? He comes out and brings the pizza and it's ice cold, he said it's been sitting back there for some time and no one ever brought it out. Now we have no time to wait for another pizza. He apologized even though he was not the bartender who took the order. Then the original bartender comes back over and fails to see the problem and never once apologizes. Just said he got busy. I get it, it happens. But they just left a pizza sit back there for 40 minutes and never thought hey someone might want that? The bartender could not understand why we were upset. And he was so defensive. I told the other guy I understand mistakes can happen but for him not to own up to it and be so rude to me after his mistake. I thought it was unacceptable. I had never felt so disrespected at a restaurant in my life. It really ruined the night, especially since we were looking forward to this for so long. Extremely dissapointed and it really did ruin the weekend. Hopefully this bartender can get it figured out and not be so rude to his next guests.

Fries are the good kind, crispy and hot. Salads have multiple veggies, and the sourdough sandwich had crispy bacon on it. Nice game area if you're traveling with children.
