Buddy and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with for our 2 bedroom Park Slope renovation…read more(new kitchen, refinished hardwood floors, interior paint, bathroom update and electrical & lighting update). He was professional, trustworthy, communicative and fairly priced. We truly love the result and have already recommended him to friends.

I've known Buddy since his Cranberry Hole Road days (early '90s, I stumbled in there by accident,…read moreand...). He has guided me through two apartment restylings (not renovations) 30 years apart in two NYC boroughs. As others have said, he is a different kind of designer--and so full of ideas that at first it's overwheming, and you might wish you had 10 other homes to fill with his concepts. He sees possibilities that aren't immediately evident, and is a genius at furntiure and picture placement. I had a genuine midcentury table (not a West Elm copy) that I'd had for decades and it was just sitting forlornly in a corner in the new place because I didn't know what to do with it (It didn't seem to fit anywhere). I was also grousing about needing a coffee table and in less than a second Buddy picks up the table with one hand and plops it down in front of my couch (purchased with his guidance), saying, "Here's your coffee table." The table, although not ostensibly a coffee table, works perfectly there, even though I never saw that possibility and was getting ready to dump it on one of those marketplaces. It's a small example, but I think it capsulizes Buddy's approach. He was also spot on when it came to selecting lighting fixtures, and saved me from choosing rugs that would have made my place look like a Miami hotel lobby (I think that's what he said--I know his scathing critique of my choices referenced Florida or the Bahamas), steering me to much more stylish picks. Buddy's also an artist (he constructed and painted a screen for me decades ago--in the Cranberry Hole Road days--that I still use and that visitors still comment on) and a cognitive psychologist, which can come in handy when you're in the emotional throes of a move, a renovation or restyling. Give him a try, even if your place just needs a refresh, a new look. He'll help you choose what you need. Now I'm thinking of seeking his help for a closet renovation.

She gave me tons of ideas and product suggestions that maximized my bathroom storage. When reorg day came, Emily helped me tackle the overwhelming linen closet and my son's room (no easy feat). I honestly thought i could do it myself but soon realized that without emily it would've taken me twice as long and I never would've thought of her organization ideas. Somehow, without purging much I ended up with empty shelves (waiting to be stocked)! Highly recommend! And will use again :-)

I'm not much of a pack rat, so didn't imagine I had much to get rid of. After reviewing the apt. we decided the time would actually be best spent cleaning out my closet. She explained that once she helps people sort and get rid of some stuff they usually don't even need to spend money on storage containers and extra furniture. In one hour and 40 minutes we did what would have taken me 2 weeks to do on my own. My closet looks amazing and she had great ideas for storage using what I already had. I also had bags and bags of stuff to donate - which I did that same day - while still motivated. We used the remainder of the time to plot out the next steps in my reorganization for me to do on my own. I've now used the tactics she taught me to reorganize a dresser and vanity. I plan to have her back when I redecorate next month, so she can help me figure out how to best utilize my storage space. I recommend her very highly. The mental space she will save you is well worth the cost. coming home to an organized space is a truly amazing feeling, and leaves me free to focus on things I'd rather be doing. Also, she's sweet, fun, and funny. Emily has a good sense of style, and was able to help me make the call on a few articles of clothing. She makes a task that would be otherwise uncomfortable, very pleasant and rewarding. Total pro.

The bedroom came out even better than the design drawing and gives a real "Wow" factor when you walk in. The modern clean design is inviting and easy to maintain. Michel started with a story board took into consideration every detail requested - from color, texture and functionality. The master bathroom is exactly what I envisioned with a sleek Asian feel. The large tile and free-standing tub makes the room look luxurious. Natalya Price came into my cramped Cape Cod like a force of Nature!…read more Instead of having me rent expensive furnishing and art, she worked with what I had. When her swirl of energy settled, she had winnowed it to a perfect home -- just enough furniture and wall art to make an average Cape feel amazingly spacious and comfortable. The paint colors and kitchen design she chose were simultaneously inviting and soothing. The whole house seemed to breathe, "Buy me!!" The name of the company is truly apt: the Cape sold in ONE Day, with two over-list-price offers!!! My husband and I will always be grateful to Natalya Price and NJ Staged 2 Sell! We bought a Summit townhouse that had been decorated by its previous owners in a traditional English style that, to us, seemed dated and unexciting. Funnily enough, it was similar to the décor we had enjoyed all our lives. We gave Natalya two things: a blank canvas to work with and our trust in her vision. The living room /dining room combination comprised the largest space on the first floor. Long and narrow, it felt a bit like a bowling alley. Natalya suggested painting as a first step and advised that an up-to-date neutral Benjamin Moore color AF-95 ("hush") would set the tone. To bring the space together, she selected Benjamin Moore AF-240 ("satchel") as a contrasting color which, when applied to the two end walls, took the space from bowling alley to warm and connected. After the painting was finished, Natalya set out to create and define the two separate living spaces, all the while maintaining a beautiful flow. There were already installed overhead lighting placed strategically to highlight the previous owners' artwork. Our budget was small and we couldn't take on the cost of changing the existing lighting. So, working with what existed, Natalya planned a setting where I could showcase my family art and silver and the existing lighting shone perfectly. My family and I wanted to completely different look in our new townhouse - contemporary, sophisticated and clean. Natalya knew where to shop - online! She recommended sites and offered multiple selections for my consideration. For the living room, truly our family room, we selected her first choice - a beautiful set of living room furniture, two leather club chairs and a sofa in a soft ivory color. To complement those pieces, she found contrasting dark wood tables which, not only finished the look, but provided a lot of storage and more space for showcasing art. Next, we needed an area rug to tie the furniture together. Voila, Natalya and I found on-line a contemporary piece of neutral tones with a whimsical flair. Exactly what I wanted! Next, Natalya recommended shelves and ledges, all found easily and reasonably priced at IKEA. She measured the space using exactly what I wanted to display (no easy task) and installed it perfectly. I consulted her on many other smaller details and Natalya always steered me in the right direction. She stayed within our budget and introduced me to a world of creative ideas and resources I never knew existed. What's more, we had a lot of fun working together.
