She does an excellent job explaining movements, offering modifications when needed, and creating an environment where everyone feels comfortable regardless of level. I've noticed a significant improvement in my mobility, recovery, and overall well-being from attending her classes regularly. VASA is fortunate to have an instructor who is this knowledgeable and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. I would love to see Ashley teaching more classes and highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve flexibility, mobility, and recovery.

Management has allowed this location to go downhill badly. Also, after I asked to cancel, they put…read moremy on a 60 day freeze, but charged me full price for those 60 days. When I brought this up the manager apologized and said he refunded the money, but he did not and then he stopped responding to emails. I went here religiously for about three years and saw the good coaches, won multiple events and really liked it. But the coaches left and the new ones were nowhere near the quality of the others and the equipment started breaking down and would not get fixed. The microphone screeched and the music was way too loud and awful. Seems like a business taking its members for granted.

People here are pretty friendly, way more friendly than my former studio so that's a plus as well.

I've been a few times now via ClassPass since I'm not ready to do rowing full time as my exercise routine but the main thing that sticks out about this place? They care. There's a huge sense of community here, even for peons like me who aren't in a membership there. Coaches are great, as always, you find who resonates and pushes you and go from there. Lev and Shane have been my absolute faves so far due to their witty remarks, knowledge and amazing playlists. I can get about 6,000-7.000 meters in on a good day which makes me feel strong like bull. This workout is for everyone and anyone wherever you are in your fitness journey.

The establishment is located in a plaza that can get busy during peak evening hours, mainly, due to the daycare centers. My suggestion is to always turn right out of the plaza and go to the Parker Rd light during those times. It's less of a headache in the long run. Within the facility, there is an office or two, bathrooms, and a cubby area for belongings. The studio itself is nice. It's a medium-sized room with two walls occupied by full-length mirrors and a window respectively. It's comfortable right now (only referring to Zumba) but I can see the need for an additional Zumba time each day, in the near future, if more bodies show up & decide to become regulars. The class was lead by Keith, the owner of the studio and it was high energy. Keith is engaging, full of stamina, entertaining, and an interactive instructor. He can use an assistant to help him juggle various tasks in between classes (i.e. greeting, punching cards, questions, liability release, etc) but he manages. The playlist was non-stop, the music had great rhythm, beats, and sound (thanks to his new subwoofer:)), and the class was full. The class schedule seems to be organized well, offering one of each class available, at least, once a day including weekends. The class times were recently adjusted but seem to work well for most 9 to 5ers. He also has several trial and/or discount offers out there. I look forward to continuing the Zumba classes lead by Keith and the other instructors and eventually working into the other classes available. The studio is also offering virtual classes now so I'm excited to experience that. Now I'm going to moisten this rattle in my chest & nurse my sore, dancing feet but you can soon look for my cameo in Step Up XIV, thanks to Let's Do This!!!

They offer a variety of barre based classes such as original barre, cardio barre, and booty barre. The movements in class generate a full body workout, all paired with up tempo music. I loved the incorporation of different exercise accessories such as resistance bands and light weights along with some generous time spent at the barre. The space is decked out in girly rhinestones, teal colored everything, and shelves with trinkets to look at and purchase. Though they do not have on-site showers or lockers, they do have a kids play area, a bathroom stocked with feminine products, and cubbies to leave your belongings in while you take class.
